I only had my unit on W Lake Ave for 2 months. If I ever need to rent again, this particular location will get my business. Shanese (watch Uncle Buck! Wink, wink. I hope she sees this!) remembered me right away and said she was sorry to see me go. I know, I know... But she really made me feel valued as a customer. She was so helpful through every step in the process and I value THAT! Moving & Storage can be stressful but Shanese made it easy. Thank you so much!

“I had a 5x10 unit up on Hale road in Peoria Illinois, unit was clean and perfect for the amount of space I needed for the amount of time I needed. Rate was low. It was about $30 a month for the few months that I had it. Harrison and the team was very easy to work with anytime I needed communication with them.”
“I rented a unit and unfortunately had to witness a homeless lady destroying the place with ketchup and mustard. April handled it as a true professional. Then, helped me with my unit. I can't say enough good things about this location, as it was clean except what the homeless lady did. The units were clean! They had a lot of room and April was very knowledgeable on what I needed. Very impressed and will continue to do business with her and her location.”
