“These r some of the best ppl I have ever met. Their knowledge and commitment to customer care is outstanding. We had a oversize load hung up on a mountain road. It took 2 days to back this load back off mountain and they were there every foot of way.I would recommend them to anybody fair and reasonable, definitely no rip company .We experienced that with first company that came out and did very little and then bailed. .”

“CTB has changed tires, rotors, etc. for us on a few vehicles and always done a great job! He recommended me to a great body work guy (Mabry) and coordinated with him to finish the rest of the repairs after I bumped a deer. Love that when you have issues you can bring it in so you can get it fixed ASAP or know you're not doing further damage until your appointment. Quality service and kind workers. Thank you!”

From the discussions on the phone, to meeting in person, and working through the deal this was the absolute best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. “I recently hit a deer and went to Charlies for estimate and body repair. The work was done quickly and looks perfect. They were not only knowledgeable about the body work, but also helpful in working with the insurance company. It feels good to know that there are professionals that are friendly and trustworthy right in our own backyard. I would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim”

“I had my first accident and they were the ones that fixed my vehicle. I was told it would take 2 months and they had it done in 6 weeks! Fast, thorough, and reliable service. They found an additional issue while inspecting my vehicle that saved me from having issues in the future with my radiator. It drives, rides, and operates perfectly. Thank you for your great service!Services: Painting”

“This is the absolute best carburetor you've ever seen, they have taken a age old piece and perfected it, impressive is not doing it any justice, the work they do at the Dyno room to tune it is second to none! if you are not running Willys carb I suggest you do.”

“They do great work for good prices. I won't go anywhere else. Editing to add - It's been three years since I first reviewed this shop and I've since moved far enough away that it isn't feasible to use this company anymore, but I wish I could. If they ever open up a second shop in my city, you can best believe they'll be my top choice every time.”

“I originally asked Ford to do the job but the didn't have the tools to do it ironically but called JR and they qouted me less than Ford. They ran into issues and ended up lasting about a week longer than estimated but was still less than what for requested. The 7.3 runs great and probably will not go anywhere else after the experience that I had with them. They changed my oil and flushed the radiator without asking. That's over 200 bucks for free and still would be close to breaking even with Ford/JWilderman.Services: Electrical repair”
