The store part would receive a 5 start I have always had a great experience with the staff working up front.The pharmacy part is sub par. Absolutely no one I have encountered has ever been friendly. I asked about medication because the directions were not on the bottle and she said they were in the package and they were not. Long story short. I never got the directions and they were never friendly they never are. They really need to figure out a solution to being a better What hometown pharmacy.

Front counter was quick, rude but quick, store manager is awesome very nice and manages 2 stores is paid for one, pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever seen from the old pharmacist to the new one old one wouldn’t wear shoes or socks while working, the new one will just stare while ur at the counter and when it comes time to call medical cards they will try to get you to pay full price for the prescription and tell you to call the insurance. There is one good worker back in the pharmacy from what I’ve seen and it’s a girl with red hair and glasses.

This is the only pharmacy I know of that can make their own hours. I sat in the drive thru for 30min after leaving the hospital to pick up a prescription. I called them to see if the hours had changed and was informed that the Pharmacist hadn't even came into work yet and they couldn't give me a time. I've been there after their lunch at 1 and still no one is there on time. I called the ER and had my medicine transferred elsewhere.

I was having coupon troubles today on 10/08/2024, and all of the workers were SO kind and patient with me and my babies. These transactions took almost an hour to figure out, and they were helping the entire time. I also do not understand the low reviews as these managers were some of the most patient and understanding people I have ever had services from, and the new hire was chatting away with my oldest (4 year old) inbetween customers, keeping her entertained as well! Ide give it a 6/5 stars if possible. Great staff, clean store, shelves well stocked, clean bathrooms. Couldn't get better than that!

Lady at the front counter was so rude to me. I asked for help with a coupon and oh my ! I have a form of Alzheimer’s and get confused easily. There was nobody in line and she just got rude. Attitude shouldn't happen in a store like that.

WENT FOR AMOXIXILIN AND NEEDED 2 BOTTLES. FARMACIST SAY "WE CAN GIVE YOU 1, ORDER THE NEXT, IF WE DONT GET IT WE CAN TRANSFER YOUR PARTIAL PRESCRIPTION TO ANOTHER CVS" NEVER GOT THE MEDICINE, CALLED 5 DAYS AFTER THEY SAID "ORDERED AGAIN (EITHER GAVE MY MEDICINE TO SOMEONE ELSE OR NEVER ORDERED IT OR THEY LOST IT HUH!!!!!) AND WE WILL CALL YOU" WELL 3 DAYS LATER I SHOW UP, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MEDICINE AND THE MAND WITH THE MUSTACHE SAID (SAME MAN WHO TOLD ME THEY WOULD TRANSFER MY PARTIAL PRESCRIPTION TO WHERE I COULD GET IT) SAID AND I QUITE "WE DONT DO THAT SERVICE" THEY COULDNT CALL THE NEXT CVS OR TELL ME IF THEY HAD IT AT ALL!!!! HE SAID AFTER CLEARLY STATED THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT THAT "THEY SONT DO THAT SERVICE" SO HE OUTRIGHT LIED!!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! AFTER GETTING ME TO GET IT THERE NOW CHANGED EVEEEEERYTHING THEY SAID AND "COULDNT DO ANYTHING" DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMPLETELY BAD SERVICE AND THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE AS IF YOU FORGOT ALL THEY SAID BEFORE. TOTAL INCONVENIENCE ONLY USED THEM CAUSE IT WAS AFTER MY PHARMACY CLOSED THAT WE SAW THE DR AND WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Went in for a Prescription of an anti-biotic at 12:20 which was called in ahead of time only to have 3 techs stare and ignore until it was time to go to lunch at 12:30 when the gate closed in my face extremely unprofessional

Need to purchase ink for their printer. Or replace!!!Couldn't read half of info on pill bottles or pamphlets.Very unperfetional for top dollar prices CVS charges!!!

Above and beyond!!! We have a sick dog. The vet gave us a prescription that could be filled at CVS. Pills have been a nightmare. The pharmacist worked with the vet (and spoke to my mom SEVERAL times today) to figure out a liquid solution. He then stayed and made sure we had it in our hands TONIGHT! Sooo Grateful!!!!The other staff person I spoke to was also Super nice...I'm really impressed by All the staff I spoke to today.(I'm visiting from DC and it's just completely different there.)My family, especially the 4-legged member, Thanks you!

Poor service. Pharmacy staff laughs at their clients. In addition they do not communicate regarding filling or refilling of medication.
