First Bank is a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. The employees are all patient, helpful, and kind. They are also very efficient and wait times are minimal.

They nickle and dime you for everything. Charge a fee for this or that and don’t seem to care much about their customers at a corporate level. The folks at the MtC branch and the girls at the window are amazing though.
I’ll be closing my 2nd of 2 accounts as well as my daughter’s account and moving my finances to Liberty Federal Credit Union once I get my auto payments switched over completely.
There are ZERO low balance fees, no misc fees for just because reasons, I EARN INTEREST ON MY MONEY if I use my debit card 25 times a month and so much more. Get with the program folks.

I love this bank!! Leslie Glenn is an astonishing manager. Brooke Birkla has been very informative and resourceful. The new app that they have updated to is much better than the old one.

Extremely Rude people. There’s only one teller there that’s nice, but other than that everyone there are awful to work with. I would not recommend anyone banking here.
