Years ago there were issues but now that they have that manager Russ running my local office, it is spot on. I run several different YouTube channels so I am constantly uploading videos and working online. Plus I do live streams and also have to consume lots of data and everything works really well. And if/when there IS an issue, and there have been a couple times, they fixed it right up. Here is my most recent local test of the network reliability. Amazing value IMO.Ping statistics for 8.8.8.8:Packets: Sent = 1000, Received = 1000, Lost = 0 (0% loss)That is a perfect connection! Thanks Russ and your bunch up there, you guys are the best.

Internet loses packets all the time. Drops service frequently. Only install it 2 weeks ago and have had to restart my router and modem at least 4 times. I have called to have a Tech come out and they supposedly came but never rang the door bell or knocked. Canceled my appointment due to the lie...

I've only had service for a few weeks but so far, so good. No lapses in service, price is a little higher than in a larger city but I need it to work from home.

So Far this Internet service is been doing very well. It has been a major improvement from what we used to have. No issues at all with video conference calls or streaming on the televisions.

They gave me a new monitor and I pay for 200 mbs and I get maybe 25mbs the techs don't show up and say they do ever since they went away from new wave it has been horrible service hardly and good connection and the ethernet plug in to the monitor don't work
