Dr. Charles and her staff have always shown the utmost kindness, care, compassion, and concern for our pets, for which we are most grateful. We are very fortunate to have her clinic in Mt. Carroll.

Took my boy JJ here for the first time for an ear infection. Doctor was great and very quickly figured out he had a yeast infection in his ears and gave me easy to administer ear drops.
