Yesterday I found myself in Mt carroll looking for a address..... Google kept sending me to the wrong street. I saw one of the postal workers and thought to myself ....what a perfect person to ask for direction.
Little did i know that this lady postal worker would turn out to be a absolutely wonderful person ......she took the time to go out of her way to help me find my way with a smile ! Big shout out to the mt carroll postal workers ! Thank you for all u do!

Worker was rude to me infront of my son. Worst customer service; I will not be going back. I would much rather drive out of town to another post office.
