Stopped in to grab a quick bite and get on the road again.
Cheeseburger was thick, and as dry as a handful of napkins.
Breakfast burrito was good sized but bland, bland, bland.

The lady that was working was extremely rude and insisted that we should have had to notify her that we were ready to check out. Last I Checked It's their job to make sure that the customers in the store are taken care of instead of standing there talking to coworkers.

So had my first disappointment at this caseys. 😕 ordered a pizza around 6pm. Online order said it would be done at 634. I go and pick it up at 640...it wasn't done yet. They say to come back in about 15 minutes. Luckily I lived close so I didn't mind. I go back at 7. Still wasn't ready. I then wait until almost 720. Pizza and breadsticks were burnt too. And then I realized they forgot an order of breadsticks once I'm home.

Went to go in and get my after work items (10:22pm) and the store lights INSIDE was turned off. The doors were locked. The outside lights at the pumps were on.
I had called up, asking if the store was closed. The kitchen person stated he doesn’t know if they’re closed or not. ( you work there. What do you mean you don’t know if you guys are closed or not!!) And doesn’t know why the lights inside are turned off. Then, begins to ask what I needed from inside the store - 3 times.
I needed to purchase things? Is that not why the store is there and the closing time is set to 11pm? So customers can purchase items? Why am I being interrogated when I came as a customer to purchase my items, and I get this behavior?! That’s inane the doors were locked and the lights were turned off inside, at 10:22pm. And to lie to me about it too?! Terrible customer service!!!! This store is just getting worse and worse!!!! I’d leave 0 stars if I could.

As a currently pregnant woman with a small bladder, Casey's are normally an oasis, and I'm always happy to see one while driving. However, today was my first and last time visiting the Mt. Morris Casey's after encountering an incredibly rude associate. Everyone has bad days, but the level of rudeness and lack of compassion was enough for me to fill up at the Mobil in town instead.

I recently moved to this very small town. This is one of the few places that I can go where I can get just about anything. The breakfast pizza is delicious, hash browns are amazing and the chicken wraps are fantastic. Everything is fresh and reasonably priced. Teresa and James are always so nice and friendly when I come in. They make me feel like a valued customer which is why I keep coming back!!

Walked into my local Casey’s to witness the manager with long brunette hair and glasses lashing out at her more senior employees and then coping and attitude with me and other customers. Insane to see the ogle county Facebook page literally ranting about this manager and how she treats people constantly and it seems literally nothing is done about it. Corporate doesn’t seem to care that the literal manager of one of their stores makes an entire community disappointed and uncomfortable. I want to be able to go to my favorite gas station and not feel like I’m going to deal with a grade A Karen. At that point I’ll go to the Mobile where all the ladies are always nice and positive. I only ever have a bad time or leave the Casey’s irritated when this one manager is working. Considering how all other employees are delightful, i can only assume Casey’s does a good job training and otherwise has a good staff, but that one bad apple taints the whole place. She should not be a manager, and should not work in the customer service business, as it’s the people business, and she has absolutely no idea how to treat others with basic human decency. That’s coming from someone who has worked in the customer service industry her whole life. It’s utterly unprofessional.

Manager is a complete rude person, literally she made me not want to come back in ever again just because of how rude she is.

Poor attitude amongst staff besides one woman with platinum blonde hair who’s very sweet, but other female staff is very catty, openly bashing other employees amongst each other, gives snotty remarks and answers to customers questions, and genuinely just don’t seem like they want to be helpful or kind to their customers. If you don’t like being in the customer service business, then please get out of it. It’s so unprofessional to talk bad about your fellow employees with 4 customers up at your register. Also the pizza we ordered came to us with the dough undercooked and chewy, when we called to let them know we were basically told that’s not their problem and they would not remake our pizza. Ontop of all that their machines are either broken or pour out water instead of coffee or hot Coco, overall I just genuinely don’t believe the employees care about their customers or their experience in their store. There used to be great employees there who made your day better by going in but it seems they’ve all left (as would I if I had to work in that toxic environment with those people). Sad day, I think I’ll go to mobile next time. Again thank you to the woman with the platinum blonde hair, you’re the only reason I go there in the mornings before work and also the only reason I gave my review 2 stars instead of 1

I love our caseys in Mt Morris ! Always a pleasure to go into. At least for me it is. There might be one employee that can be rude but who knows what type of people she deals with all day to make her that way! I've seen her on her good days so I know its not always like that! Regardless always a good feeling walking in there . I've been to several gas stations in Elgin that I dread having to go into paying cash . Being either because of the rude employees with rude faces..... or because of the crowd that hangs around those gas station and I've NEVER felt that here ! Always friendly people, always good food when one specific cook is back there ! The guy with all the tattoos! He's awesome at his job ? other caseys I've walked into aren't like this one so I think Mt morris is doing just fine ?
