Don't bother calling in to have basic questions answered. They will transfer you over and over again, eventually to just get sent to voicemail. All I wanted was to get an idea on how the facility for rehab was compared to the sterling location, as I have a family member going into their care who previously had a bad experience with the sterling location. Judging by the attempted phone calls, I wouldn't bother sending someone into their care if they can't answer a couple simple questions.

This place is understaffed and/or does not care about their patients. My 92 grandfather is dying in hospice there and they are calling my mom because they are “afraid” to give him water and they don’t have time to make him comfortable. They left food out in his hospice room for over a week. They left urine on his dinner tray. Unbelievable! DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO HERE!
