Extremely unprofessional staff and down right deceptive actions by the cashier. Cashier refused 2 separate transactions to redeem the T-Mobile Tuesdays Free Slurpie Reward feigning account error.
Investigation of the transaction online revealed a product code SlurpeeLrg3OzNon7R as opposed to the LargeSlurpeeCupSell on my prior slurpee purchases. The conclusion is that management is manipulating the product id to bypass the redemption of rewards
This location must be investigated for their damaging, anti consumer practices.

I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a 7-Eleven. The service was extremely rude—no greeting, no basic courtesy, just attitude. Even worse, the workers seemed shady and tried to pull a fast one by claming that my free coupon for a slurpee from T-Mobile Tuesday's was invalid. When I questioned it, they got defensive instead of fixing the mistake. It felt more like a scam than a simple error. He tried to charge me for some Non7R slurpee that the coupon couldn't be applied for to avoid the accepting it. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for a business that’s supposed to be convenient and trustworthy. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I have visited the 7 Eleven on 1201 E Central Rd almost every day for more than a year, and I will not be returning due to the rudeness of the cashier.
The cashier told me “it’s not for you, bro!” After I entered my phone number into the number pad while he was ringing up a customer over at the other register. He used the register I was at, so instead of clarifying beforehand, he decided to wave his hand as if I were some animal before yelling the above statement.
Even if I was mistaken, entering my number would have made no difference. The cashier even said “you won’t get any points anyway.”
Then when I tried to pay for my things, the total was more expensive than usual. I told him it was wrong and checked to see if the sale was still going on. And he refused to do anything to address the issue.
I left without buying anything and will not be returning.
The guy wouldn’t even give me his name.

Location, location, location, is probably the only thing going for this place. The fountain drinks do not taste right and the fountain vendors should assess and calibrate the system. Unfortunately, the quality wouldn't last as it's all about the maintenance and this location does not have the right team to maintain anything... except frustrated customers. If you need lottery tickets, bottled/can beverages, and anything pre-packaged when other places are closed, then this place is for you. Terrible place they sold my wife old food I went back in and spoke to the owners son and he refused to do anything I told them to keep my eight dollars and he was happy about it he told me great and I go there every day I guess they just don’t appreciate our business don’t give them your money because if you ever have an issue it won’t be resolved

I expect 7-11 to have products that are not expired. But the last two times I’ve been there the protein bars expired last year and their packaged sandwiches were expired months ago. I rather drive further and go to a place that stocks well
