When I went in with my friend, the old man who helped was incredibly rude and unhelpful, not only making disrespectful comments about the help we needed, but also personally insulting my friend's appearance. He also made racist comments, so the experience definitely could have been better.

The Hispanic lady cashier was very rude today. One refused to honor the plant discount price that the manager had given yesterday and insisted on setting the price however they wanted, without verifying with the manager. I had to put back a cart full of plants outside myself and felt humiliated in front of other customers by the way I was treated.
They consistently have bad attitudes and act like they can’t be bothered to provide proper service.

I had placed an order for instore pick up. Didn’t notice my product was damaged till the next day. Tried to exchange it and they wouldn’t because I had placed it for instore pick up. I don’t understand why they try to sneak damage items for instore pick up on an expensive item. Honestly very dishonest of them. I’m very disappointed!

Horrible customer service the Hispanic women was very bitchy and laughed at me when we need help with our car but they closed when we needed the most help how ever the young man Hispanic was trying to help she told him not to she was very disrespectful to me.

I called. Asked for a price for some work they do in the store. I was told manager will call me within half hour. They took my info down. 4 hours later. Nothing. Pathetic service. Good job manager.

Rude young man on the counter made me wait to make a return. I watched as he helped 5 customers pass me by. I guess he was trying to teach me a lesson about making returns? Do better
