I came here for a second opinion after getting a really high quote from another dentist, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I had never had someone specifically look at my gums before, so it was a new experience, but Dr. Cathy (I believe that was her name) was so sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam.
The front desk staff was also amazing — super helpful and patient while going over my payment options after insurance for my wisdom teeth removal. I really appreciated the way everything was explained to me clearly without pressure. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be recommending my fiancée to come here as a new patient. Thank you all for making what could’ve been a stressful visit feel so easy and positive!

Dr. Vinny and Dr. Zeynep were so thorough, thoughtful, and helpful. I really felt like that cared about my whole health throughout the whole process from checkin to checkout. 😊

I was so anxious about going to the dentist but from the moment, I make the phone call to make the appointment they make me feel very comfortable Great customer service. I will highly recommend Dental Aspen the staff, and the Doctor were amazing.

First off i told them i didnt have dental insurance n that I had a very painful tooth that needed immediate attention but this place wouldn't help me with that unless I let them take a full set of x rays of ALL my teeth and let them do a full comprehensive work up of everything I needed done I told her I really couldn't afford to have all that done n could they just address the tooth that was bothering me n they told me NO that I had to get all of that done too they just want as much money as could possibly get from you would not recommend this place anyone straight up thieves

I received excellent service at Aspen Dental in Mt. Prospect. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Kathy got my teeth squeaky clean without causing any discomfort. The office was very clean and modern, with a great use of technology. I highly recommend a visit for anyone who usually dreads going to the dentist.
