“I had never been here but wanted my car to get detailed. It is a 2006 Hyundai and it was looking rough. I booked my appointment and the owner greeted me and was very friendly. He had the car finished before the time he said it would be done. I was EXTREMELY pleased at the work he did and made my old car look like a spring chicken! He did a great job!!! My friend got in my car today and was totally impressed. I highly recommend Quality Auto Detail and will definitely be a repeat customer when needed. My friend is going to take her car there now! “I have never seen a wax job better that T.I. I did the silver package on our old Lexus and it looks better than it did off the factory floor. The shine is so intense you could use the hood as a mirror. I didn’t know it was possible to restore an old paint job so beautifully.
Also an incredible job on ceramic window tints!!!”

I had previously taken my car to a reputable car repair location in Schaumburg to have a real fender repaired. They did a good job however I noticed the front hood and quarter fenders were damaged to the XPEL protectors...how could this happen??? The Director of the repair shop was confused, as well. Anyhow they approved repair to the hood and fenders, as they did not do this type of repair. I was to seek out my own shop. I called several locations that did this type of repair and was extremely disappointed in the 'high' prices and unprofessional responses I received on the phone. Then I called LUMINESCENT DETAILING Co. located in Lake Zurich...WOW what a difference a phone call made!!! Rachel answered and heard my concerns, she then had me speak to Frank-the owner.He was amazing in having all the details in repairing AND the price was the LOWEST I came across. Don't get me wrong , as you get what you pay for-however Frank was extremely kind, patient--I'm a woman- with zero knowledge of car repairs---and quoted a reasonable price which was the lowest I had come across!!!!!
I then spoke to Rachel and she set everything up, date, time, etc.She was adorable-yet extremely efficient!!
When I arrived later that week, Ozzie greeted me with a sincere kindness as I was concerned. He promised me they would take good care of my vehicle, Tho its an older Lexus RX350, however I take very good care of my car, past and present.
I picked up my car the next day and WOW, this shop did a perfect job , actually better than the original!! I was pleased to meet Frank in person, verses the phone, and he showed me how they wrapped the XPEL under the hood and corners...it looked PERFECT!!!!!
I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am...so if you are considering any type of work on your car....please look no further.... Take a drive to meet Frank or Ozzie, for an estimate. And wait until you see the awesome, foreign, variety of cars that they are working on!!!!!
If you care about your vehicle, this is the place to go!! Look no further!!”

“After 21 years of Chicago parking my 2003 Jaguar was showing a few battle scars. I stopped by Superior Collision and met Dave and Sky. They were terrific. We agreed on a very fair price and in 2 days, my Jag looked like new.
They whipped up their own touch up paint and repaired all the dings and even deep scratches. I think they buffed out the entire car. I got more than I paid for.
This was my second visit to Superior Collision. They are my go to place for body repairs.”

“My fiancé and I came up to Chicago for the weekend and were staying up in Deerfield. Woke up to a nail in our tire. We were able to walk over to Golz and they were super willing to give us a ride back with an air tank to fill up our tire so we could avoid paying for a tow truck and drive the car down to their shop. They got us in right away, fixed it super quick, and even made sure all of our other tires were filled.
If we are ever back in the area and have any issues with a vehicle, we will definitely be coming back to Golz!”

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. “Have a classic car that was recently restored.
However the restoration company as good as they were on doing the restoration was not so good in installing the new radio.
One call to Tint World, (after calling around to several other car stereo places) spoke to Marshall and he was the first one over the phone that tried to determine the problem rather than simply sell me another entire radio system. Told me to bring it in and he would do a full evaluation before doing anything else.
l was extremely impressed with Marshall's professionalism, the sense that he truly was trying to diagnose the problem and willingness to help me.
By the way, while I was in the store, I saw that the general manager of the local Audi dealership was there bring Marshall his car to work on. That says something as to the quality of the work.
Way to go Tint World. Would be happy to recommend to anyone.”

Vic was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions, and he accommodated some last minute requests, which I greatly appreciated. His attention to detail is superb and well worth the money. “I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”
