“I had never been here but wanted my car to get detailed. It is a 2006 Hyundai and it was looking rough. I booked my appointment and the owner greeted me and was very friendly. He had the car finished before the time he said it would be done. I was EXTREMELY pleased at the work he did and made my old car look like a spring chicken! He did a great job!!! My friend got in my car today and was totally impressed. I highly recommend Quality Auto Detail and will definitely be a repeat customer when needed. My friend is going to take her car there now! “I have never seen a wax job better that T.I. I did the silver package on our old Lexus and it looks better than it did off the factory floor. The shine is so intense you could use the hood as a mirror. I didn’t know it was possible to restore an old paint job so beautifully.
Also an incredible job on ceramic window tints!!!”

I had previously taken my car to a reputable car repair location in Schaumburg to have a real fender repaired. They did a good job however I noticed the front hood and quarter fenders were damaged to the XPEL protectors...how could this happen??? The Director of the repair shop was confused, as well. Anyhow they approved repair to the hood and fenders, as they did not do this type of repair. I was to seek out my own shop. I called several locations that did this type of repair and was extremely disappointed in the 'high' prices and unprofessional responses I received on the phone. Then I called LUMINESCENT DETAILING Co. located in Lake Zurich...WOW what a difference a phone call made!!! Rachel answered and heard my concerns, she then had me speak to Frank-the owner.He was amazing in having all the details in repairing AND the price was the LOWEST I came across. Don't get me wrong , as you get what you pay for-however Frank was extremely kind, patient--I'm a woman- with zero knowledge of car repairs---and quoted a reasonable price which was the lowest I had come across!!!!!
I then spoke to Rachel and she set everything up, date, time, etc.She was adorable-yet extremely efficient!!
When I arrived later that week, Ozzie greeted me with a sincere kindness as I was concerned. He promised me they would take good care of my vehicle, Tho its an older Lexus RX350, however I take very good care of my car, past and present.
I picked up my car the next day and WOW, this shop did a perfect job , actually better than the original!! I was pleased to meet Frank in person, verses the phone, and he showed me how they wrapped the XPEL under the hood and corners...it looked PERFECT!!!!!
I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am...so if you are considering any type of work on your car....please look no further.... Take a drive to meet Frank or Ozzie, for an estimate. And wait until you see the awesome, foreign, variety of cars that they are working on!!!!!

“I have been coming here since I moved to the area 4 years ago. I feel this place is a little known suburbs secret. This is exactly the type of small business we are lucky to have locally. I probably should take better care of my car but I park outside and have two messy kids in and out of it. Despite this, whenever I reach my limit and can’t stand the sight (and smell) of my car I take it here to be hand washed in and out and it comes out looking like new. I’m not exaggerating- my husband is always shocked how great it looks after. It’s just a bonus the staff are so friendly, that you can make appointments online, and that it’s in an area that’s great to walk around in while you wait.”

Instead of leaving a bad review, I reached out to them, and the next day the owner called me personally. He was very friendly and told me to bring the car back so they could make it right.

“After 21 years of Chicago parking my 2003 Jaguar was showing a few battle scars. I stopped by Superior Collision and met Dave and Sky. They were terrific. We agreed on a very fair price and in 2 days, my Jag looked like new.
They whipped up their own touch up paint and repaired all the dings and even deep scratches. I think they buffed out the entire car. I got more than I paid for.
This was my second visit to Superior Collision. They are my go to place for body repairs.”

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. “Very responsive and professional. Vic and i determined exactly what needed to be done, and what he would do, and then he did it. Finish time (2 hours) was quicker than anticipated, which worked out great.
Service was excellent. He did the complete interior clean. That included vacuuming the carpet, cleaning the dashboard and plastic areas, the interior glass, and the upholstery. Seats had significant stains -they are now spotless.
Price is very reasonable. I'm very happy with the service and the results. Will definitely go back upon future need.”

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”
