JJ & Claire were so awesome I went to two locations to the find the headlight I needed and get assistance and they were ready and prepared! The whole crew is awesome I will be back to shop soon! :)

I was there a couple of weeks ago and there were only 10 minute until closing time. Charlie and Filip were extremely patient, helpful and kind. They truly made my night so much better with their customer service.

Stopped in today to get my wipers replaced hoping it would make them work again!! Yasmin was super sweet and helpful but she got called away and Charlie P took over for us!! He installed the new wipers and nicely let me know my motor was dead, and then he helped us with this setup (at our request) so we could make the 40 min drive home in the pouring rain with no wiper motor. Thanks Charlie P for your help today!!!!!!

I was stranded in the parking lot...Charlie the manager got me a battery told me to relax he put it in... he's amazing this is my favorite store.

Will not come to this location ever again. The kid Matt was rude to me, rolled his eyes at me when I came to check out my items and acted like he hated his job, and the lady manager of the store paid no attention to customers whatsoever. The one in Des Plaines respects their customers. Go there
