This place has been one of my favorite places to take little kids since my daughter was little and she’s nine now. I have a one four and nine-year-old and they all absolutely love this place. The indoor climbing is large enough for adults to climb through and have fun too. 2 adults get in free with a child purchase. They have a right on section that is super fun for those proactive kids and a ballroom area where you could shoot balls at each other. If that threatens you for your little one, don’t be scared there is also age grouped off sections for the little ones. Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards. You can get great deals. Food is reasonable and yummy.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with celebrating my kid's birthday here.First of all, I called them and changed amount of kids from 10 to 11. So, they immediately sent a new bill to my email, but room wasn't be ready for 11 kids, still for 10. I had to ask them to add all staff.Next, water was unlimited, but no one watching it and I had to ask them to bring more water every time.And the last one, I can say: "The best one". My guest's shoes were stolen and she had to left the room without shoes. Really barefoot. The staff provided socks. Imagine, you came with shoes (e.g. expensive one) and at the end there is no your shoes and you go outside barefoot, when it is raining.The staff just said: "I am sorry" and doing nothing.So, better to have one more shoes in your car when you select Ball Factory and wear no expensive shoes. Be ready to go outside with no shoes. Unfortunately it is impossible to wear "I am sorry".

Excellent place !!! To enjoy clean, safe and friendly service with the children in the cafeteria with the girls, they give them their ball when they leave and everyone is happy and content.?

I had my boys birthday party here last year and I highly advise against it . The prices are ridiculous and the staff was not very attentive . I was overcharged and eventually received my refund but it genuinely was such a headache . Fun place to play but not a fun place to host !

My grandson and I visit a lot of indoor play places during a cold Chicago winter, The Ball Factory is by far the cleanest and well staffed. The employees clearly take a lot of pride in their work. This is evident in the way they interact with the children and how well they maintain the facility. We love the Ball Factory!

Too many dumb rules. Staff member said shoes were not allowed on the padded area while standing on the padded area with her shoes on. Kids could only use the equipment in specific ways. I hope this place shuts down. Never coming here again.

Clean and well-maintained with a variety of play options for a wide range of ages. Especially appreciated the separate toddler areas (one for younger and one for older) and the pleasant customer service.

While this facility gets a 5 star rating for how much my children love it (we literally have spent 4-5 hours there and even then they we upset that we had to leave), it also gets a 5 star from me as a parent for so many things that this facility does right that few others do:1. Layout - so many indoor play areas have a layout that requires you to follow your child around to make sure they don't 'escape'. This facility did things right. The play area is in the back and there is only one entrance to it feom the main sitting area. If your child is independent and can play by themselves, then you can sit in the main area and not worry they left the play are without you seeing it.2. Seating in the play area - If you do choose to go into the play are to be with your child, there is plenty of seating for the parents so you aren't stuck standing the whole time.3. Separate party rooms - Many places have this but is still worth mentioning as it makes a big difference when you are in the main area and there isn't a loud party going on in the same space.4. NO VIDEO GAMES - This is probably the biggest thing I appreciate. So many play facilities have video games where the cost is not included in the play area price and my kids beg to play them which means an additional cost. Here that isn't even an option AND they give every child upon leaving a free ball! So my children get a 'prize' and we didn't have to pay to play games and win tickets!5. Cleanliness - Everytime I have been at this facility not only has it always been clean when i showed up but there has been staff sweeping up, clearing tables, etc on a regular basis during my entire visit.In summary, my children love every play facility they go to, but this is he ONLY one as a parent I have enjoyed being at.

The staff was rude. We had our food on one of the tables as all parents do to go and check on kids every few mins. We went to see what the kids are up to I saw them moving our food on top of trash cans. I asked her politely what made her move our personal stuff the response I got was she didn’t put in trash but rather on the top of trash.
