If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Belissimo Nails is a fantastic local spot, great for everyone with all needs. Every time I came here, Michelle helped me out and she is phenomenal. Each visit has been relaxing and enjoyable.
My only word of advice is to come before rush hour since the location is next to the Metra, it can mean a bit of a delay when arriving due to the trains. I can't wait to come back!

If I could leave a 0 rating I would. This lady is so rude, I paid 85 for mani and pedi, she was fast and the bubbles in my nails show it, at the end she asked if I want to leave a tip, I really didn't bc I noticed she reused same equipment so very unsanitary, dirty towel from last lady was not changed, my nails had bumps in it, so, I said $5 dollar tip but I really didn't want to leave anything for the price or service, she gave me a dirty look and said 5 dollar???? started aggressively cleaning up, didn't say good bye, ignored me after bc she was upset about the tip. For $85 dollars you expect a luxury experience, this place is a dump and she is awful. Do yourself a favor, for this kind of money you should get a luxury experience. She would be shut down if she was investigated.
Cleanliness: You might catch bacteria here, I pray I didn't. Run

Michelle always has a professional staff who know what they're doing. They always do a great job and the prices are reasonable, definitely worth the time/money.

Have been coming to Bellisimo for years! Not only is Michelle terrific at doing nails and running a clean and efficient shop- she is also kind and fun and bends over backwards to accommodate everyone who comes to her shop.Not sure how ANYone could call her rude!? Based on all the other reviews I think the 2 negative ones say more about the reviewers than Michelle....

You guys, this place is just rubbish. The owner is extremely rude. She just wants your money. Her tools are never washed, and when I asked her, she got so defensive and said that they rust. She just puts them in an oven-like device next to her without even brushing or removing the dead skin on them. I know it's $30, but be happy to get a disease included with the price.

The owner is very unprofessional. She doesn’t clean her tools and forgets to even change them from one customer to another. She doesn’t have any class bc she yells at customers.

She is such a rude person. I wish I could give 0 star. I have never encountered such behavior ever. Also, I asked her to change the tools and she got so mad. She doesn’t wash them cause they rust, she said. She uses a machine right after a customer is done without even cleaning them at least. Save your money and health and don’t go there.

Michelle is great ! She always did a good job whenever I come to have my nails done ! I've been to many places but no one do a better job and personal care than this place. Been an avid customer for the last 5 years !!!!
