Edit, after not receiving cash out of ATM, I filed dispute report with a banker, excellent man, he took it seriously and straight it all out within 24 hours. The humans that's behind all these automation are excellent at this branch that I dealt with, thank you...Do not use this ATM, it will not give out cash but will deduct it from your account. you would have to dispute the fail transaction, it could take up to ten days. Stay away,...they are so cheap to replace this even with record profits. So many people were lineup to straighten this out

I wasn't feeling well and my boyfriend asked the kind teller for some water. Not only did she bring me a cold cup of water she gave me her snack so I'd feel better. I'm not sure of this tellers name but thank you for going above and beyond.

Worst bank to work with. Customer service is horrible. Do not get a home or auto loan from them!! They have hidden fees and zero customer service.

The female teller with the long black hair and glasses is nosey, pushy, annoying & rude. Actually, I avoid this location due to her alone. If I ever go back to this location, I will get her name. What a piece of work...?On the other hand, Faye Green was awesome. For selfish reasons I hated to see her go, but I do hope she is enjoying her retirement and living a wonderful life. ?
