It’s a decent bowling place , the bowling floors looks way old , the ball won’t spin a lot, tried this pizza for kids and it was all burnt, I won’t be going to this place again.

I rarely leave reviews, but Sam and his co-manager at Bowlero, they both absolutely deserves recognition’s . From the moment we walked in, they set the tone for a smooth, enjoyable night. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly professional.
When we had an issue, Sam handled it immediately and with real care. He didn’t brush anything off, he took ownership, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was fixed quickly. You don’t see that level of customer service much anymore.
Sam and his associate manager genuinely made our visit better. They checked in on us, made sure the lanes were good, and treated us like actual valued guests. You can tell they takes pride in the place and in their job.
Bowlero is lucky to have them. Because of these fine people, we’ll definitely be coming back.

My family and I walked in to Bowlero today (11/22/25) around 4:30pm excited to bowl. The place was not busy at all. When we were given our lane number, we noticed that it was placed directly next to another family even though there were many empty lanes. Before walking away, we politely asked the young woman helping us if we could switch to a different lane where there was a little more space. We understood that people would arrive later in the evening, but at that moment the lanes were wide open.
Before she could respond, Alexis rudely jumped in and spoke over her. She raised her voice and told us that we would take the lane we were given and that nothing could be changed. I did not appreciate her tone, especially in front of my children. I asked why we could not switch lanes when the entire place was open and why she was speaking to us that way. She dismissed my question entirely, chuckled, and mocked me when I calmly asked for her name so that I could document the experience.
My husband wanted to leave, but I chose to stay because we were determined to enjoy our afternoon. Once we were settled, we genuinely had a wonderful time as a family. The facility is clean, modern, and comfortable, and our time together on the lanes was great.
What disappointed me most was that I might have let the encounter go if it had ended there. However, as we were leaving after paying for our game, Alexis went out of her way to walk over to the counter and loudly call out “Have a great night” in a mocking tone. It felt intentionally antagonizing and unnecessary.
It is unfortunate that such a lovely place with so much potential was overshadowed by one employee’s behavior. I hope this feedback encourages more respectful and welcoming interactions for future guests.

My son had his birthday here, they setup such a nice party table with a light sign for him. Food was great for the kids, the staff was great! 10/10 would go again

Place was extremely clean! Sam was hustling. Rang us up, got my kids their shoes and then made our order in the kitchen! Multi tasking at its finest.

Had a birthday party for my teen and it was amazing. My teen daughter and her friends loved it. Amazing friendly staff. Our server Lina was very friendly and helpful. The manager Samuel was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to have fun and great experiences

Expensive and not well kept up. You'd think for $10 per game they'd be able to fix things in the building like the vent that was covered with seran wrap. Lanes are bumpy and the ball they provide are some of the worst I've seen. Do not recommend.

Has been one of the most fun summers ever! Staff very friendly and facility is well maintained. It is really fun and I’m not sure why we didn’t do this more often. Bar service is excellent and bar food is really good. Fries were just right ( golden light), pretzels were really good too, great draft beer and free soda drink refills. Great place to hang out with friends. Kudos again to managers and staff :)

Our first time as a family. In total, 15 people were playing. The treatment was always bad, from the reception to the person who cleans. My family is respectful of the places we go. Bad service.

We love coming to this Bowlero location with our kids! The manager is so attentive and always offering ways for us to take full advantage of all the extras here. From their pizza and pitcher deal to the all you can play arcade, there’s tons to do above and beyond just great bowling and classic family fun. We’ve done a few birthday parties here too and the kids always love them!
