After having a negative experience at another branch we were ready to leave Chase bank as a whole. This branch redeemed itself and provided an amazing experience. A teller who I believe was named “Art”, was incredibly helpful and patient with us. Will be coming back!

Please, do yourself a favor and do not bank here. Now it has been a 3rd time when I came to this branch for a simple task to have an account transferred after my mother passed. Because of one excuse or another, I was still sent home and asked to come back. The worst. Complete lack of empathy and accountability!! I’m still grieving and the “Private client” bankers here always blame some other Chase branch for not being able to complete my transaction. And I still need to come back to have this done. I can’t stand it.

Compared to other people’s reviews on this branch, my experience was ok, did my business and everything was fine. There could be a line sometimes but it’s not that long of a wait.

My recent experience at this particular location was nothing short of disappointing. The staff's behavior was abysmal, showcasing a complete lack of professionalism and a stunning ignorance of their own establishment's rules and regulations.In particular, my interaction with one of the tellers named Sana(or Sara, didn't see her full name on the batch, tall lady, long dark hair), was a complete nightmare. She exuded a level of unpleasantness and rudeness that was entirely uncalled for. It left me questioning why she had chosen a career in customer service in the first place.

Staff is very rude, unprofessional and they don’t even know their bank rules and regulations. I had an encounter with with one of the tellers Ms. S (won’t spell out her full name) . She was very vey unpleasant and rude to me for no reason. This branch needs serious attention from corporate but apparently JP Morgan Chase don’t care and they won’t do anything about it to serve it’s customers better, all they care is making profits. The branch manager pretends to be nice but he is NO help at all, how he became manager is baffling to me…he doesn’t even know his own bank policies!!!. After this I’m moving my business account to another bank. I was thinking of transferring all my other bank accounts to Chase but after this unprofessional encounter I completely changed my mind about Chase Bank. All I can say is CHASE BANK DO BETTER! You want our hard earned money but we get nothing in return. I can’t say all branches are the same but this one in particular needs a closer look from upper management. Will NEVER go back to Chase Bank. Never! Never! Never! I’ve never been treated with such disrespect.

The teller at the drive thru window couldn't get her cell phone out of her ear long enough to say hello!!! Gave me my reciept for my property taxes and NEVER said thank You!!! Great customer service!!! Now I know why I NO longer bank with them!!!?????

This is where I put my important things because they have a vault. They closed the branch that I originally had with a vault. I can't get on the list for a cheaper box which I think is not fair of them. I have to pay double for something that I already had so I definitely dislike the way they do things here. They just want your money and I was told to go ahead and switch banks then knowing that I am kinda trapped there. ??

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I showed up to get some paperwork notarized. I was told by the banker that the of the two notaries, one had already gone home while the other had not shown up to work. The paperwork was also printed on a larger piece of paper, like A4, that I asked to be copied and he told me he didn’t have the ability to do so, despite me knowing that their mortgage paperwork comes printed on a similar sized paper. Had to go to the Arlington Heights branch where not only did I get everything signed, they were able to copy and downscale my document without any issue. What upsets me most is that I was lied to by the staff who just came off as lazy and incompetent. As a long term customer, truly disappointed at the lack of effort.

CHANGE IN CREDIT CARD DISPUTES II am very disappointed that Chase Credit Cards has changed their policy and process for handling credit card disputes. In the past when a customer reported a dispute, a customer would be able to request Chase to remove an incorrect or fraudulent charge from their bill or get a credit for the amount of the dispute. Now, Chase wants the customer to perform all of the detailed work and follow-up with the vendor that charged you. This is even true for circumstances where there is a definite error by the vendor. While the customer does of the follow-up with the vendor, the Chase customer is charge interest on the amount in dispute. Signed NOT HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE
