Cindy is very kind and responsive, I went to several places and asked them to urgently restore a couple of things, but many refused me, citing that they were busy, but when I came to Cindy, after listening to my situation, she immediately agreed to do it for me on the same day. I recommend to everyone if you want to restore your thing quickly and efficiently.

An excellent cleaners run and owned by a professional, splendid, multilingual lady (English, Korean, Japanese). I will not go anywhere else. Open until 5PM on Saturdays in case you need a weekend pickup. 감사합니다~

I have used them for years without any problem. Recently, I dropped off a delicate national costume (dress) that they have always cleaned for me. The dress is especially hand made and was bought at another country. It is not sold in the US. It came back with the hand painted flowers on the dress totally smudged. We tried to get the $7 back for them ruining my dress. The lady made an excuse that she "could not give refunds today" and to come back the next day. She also made an excuse that "Everyone dropping off items at their store should know that it could be destroyed." What? We have brought the same dress to them for years. It was not destroyed. Obviously, this time, they did something else to it that destroyed it. Further, If we knew they could potentially destroy the national costume dress, we would not have used them.I will never return to this place. Poor way to treat a loyal customer.

I came here because of the good reviews, but wanted to give a review on my experience as a heads up. I dropped off a blazer and a new tie for an upcoming work event. They cleaned the blazer great, but the tie was absolutely destroyed. It came back with tears and rips and still had the same stain on it. When I pointed it out the lady told me that this happens with old ties(I bought it a year ago), and then she went to the back and tried to give me other people’s ties that they left behind to make up for it. From the reviews, it seems like my experience was an outlier but it was my first time coming to this cleaner so needless to say I won’t be back. If you made a mistake, just admit it. Now I’m scrambling for my work event when I thought I was way ahead of everything.

LONG TIME CUSTOMER THAT WILL NEVER GO BACK. Brought in a dress with hand painted designs (national costume) to be dry cleaned. I brought this to them before and it came out perfectly fine. Today (9/13/2023), we picked it up. Came home to discover that the hand painted part of the dress is totally erased/obliterated. My husband went back and told the lady about the obliteration of the design and asked for a refund. She said she does not know how to give a refund of $7. DO NOT BRING YOUR DELICATE ITEMS HERE. THEY WILL BE DESTROYED. See photos. I was a long time customer here. No more.
