She was admitted to the hospital where it became clear she would no longer be able to live on her own. I was at a complete loss for what to do for her. Money was extremely limited,I was so afraid for what her future would hold. Enter Barbara Rosenberg of Elderwerks -a family member was acquainted with Barbara and suggested I call. From the moment I got her on the line I felt like the universe threw me(and mom) a life preserver. She is kind. She holds a wealth of senior knowledge and she took the time to share it with me. It was like talking to a friend. She gave me great ideas and suggested a bunch of facilities to check out. I did. We picked Dobson Plaza for my mom. It was clean, staff are kind and thank God my mom is settled and happy in her new home. It's close to my house, so I pop in everyday. Barbara Rosenberg and Elderwerks -what a blessing!”

“What an exceptional organization and facility! We volunteered here today along with over 100 other people during our two hours. They offer three different sections to which you can work- one is packaging- one is labeling and the last is boxing. The staff were amazing! At the end of our service we had the option to pray over the food we packed, the volunteers & staff, the delivery men and women and the children/ families who will receive this food. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Nice indoor pool area, had a splash park for the littles, a nice 8+ lane lap pool, and a “wellness pool.” The wellness pool was warmer water and had two submerged stationary bikes. Very unique! It is meant to be a calmer experience. Children and families were playing in there too, which wasn’t a problem.”
