The store has an abundance of organic food items. The customers are generally OK with a few jerks like the woman who blasted her horn in my ear for not moving as quickly as she wanted me to. I am handicapped and she was a complete jerk. The workers at Costco are friendly and informative. I would advise you to go during the daytime on the weekdays less rude jerky people than the weekend.

Purchased a water slide for my grandson.Floor model was only one available. After speaking to manager Nick and his assistant valentine, I was assured It would be packed and all the parts will be available , for pick up the next day. I received a phone call from Nick that spike were missing. With out hesitation he went out of his way to get the spikes and pool patch kit. Great customer service. Very grateful for his professionalism. Thank you for your kindness.Exective member and Business owner.

Some Costco’s are super intense , this one is a little less busy so I prefer it.

I have seen people at this Costco misuse biometric and financial data to harass another customer I didn't know at the checkout register. They did it to me, too, but can't remember if it was Schaumburg, Mt. Prospect, or another state.

I love to shop in this store. They have good quality stuff and inexpensive compare to any store. We buy most of our groceries in this store and furniture. The clearance sale is a plus! They have all the things you need.

Great Costco location! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Specifically Erica, John, Deon, and Cameron. We purchased stamps at self check out and forgot to get them at the pick up spot in the front. They all helped orchestrate the store opening just past closing in order to get us our stamps before we drove back to the city. Such superb costumer service!! We will be back to this location for that reason! Well done ??
