I asked them to cut off my extra line. Man was so rude he ignored me. Before I go to this store I called and asked them, woman replied I have to come to the store. I went after my work. They weren't able to do that. Horrible customer service both in store and on phone.

They said if I came in with Transfer PIN it would take 10-15 minutes to transfer service. It turned into a 24 hour ordeal. I had to return to the store 3 times and spent over 3 hours in the store and they blamed the lack of cell service on my previous carrier (AT&T). I contacted AT&T and they assured me that everything was released and it is a Cricket problem. The workers at this store offered no help, resolution, and refused to issue a refund. So I ended up having to switch to another reputable carrier (Verizon). I gave Cricket a try in an attempt to save money however it was obviously not worth it. You may be paying more than you want to for AT&T, Verizon, T Mobil but after this ordeal I can say it is money well spent for reliable service and customer service. I recommend staying away from Cricket and this fly & bug infested location.

I went to this facility to ask them to delete my Gmail account since I had Yahoo & didn't need two accounts. After they deleted the Gmail, when I returned home, I noticed all my phone contacts had been deleted! When I called back several times to get an appointment with Casandra, the person answering the phone kept changing the days she was working ( giving me the run a round) I finally went in Friday(15th) when they said she would be working & again she wasn't there. The girl said it was my fault because I told her to select the Gmail which was tied to my phone contacts! How would I have known? Then she said Gmail could not be recovered. She was wrong - I went to the Harwood Hts. Store & Nathan was able to retrieve all my phone contacts within minutes! These girls at My. Prospect don't know what they're doing!

Very bad service, the treatment they gave me was terrible, they offered me a cell phone and I trusted it and bought it and when I checked it was not the one they told me about and later they did not want to change it for me. Terrible service and the boy who serves is very poorly spoken. He also did not wear a mask.

I agree with the previous reviews - The Dude behind the counter with the Glasses is useless. I don't think he ever had training for "Customer Service". Not sure why he's still employed. He actually told us to order the phone online - like he didn't want to work at all, and that we're bothering him in the middle of his nap time.
