I went to this facility to ask them to delete my Gmail account since I had Yahoo & didn't need two accounts. After they deleted the Gmail, when I returned home, I noticed all my phone contacts had been deleted! When I called back several times to get an appointment with Casandra, the person answering the phone kept changing the days she was working ( giving me the run a round) I finally went in Friday(15th) when they said she would be working & again she wasn't there. The girl said it was my fault because I told her to select the Gmail which was tied to my phone contacts! How would I have known? Then she said Gmail could not be recovered. She was wrong - I went to the Harwood Hts. Store & Nathan was able to retrieve all my phone contacts within minutes! These girls at My. Prospect don't know what they're doing!

I agree with the previous reviews - The Dude behind the counter with the Glasses is useless. I don't think he ever had training for "Customer Service". Not sure why he's still employed. He actually told us to order the phone online - like he didn't want to work at all, and that we're bothering him in the middle of his nap time.

I had a horrible experience at this store with the sales reps. I ended up going to the one in Franklin Park and had the most helpful sales representative she really was amazing she definitely went above and beyond to fix the mess that this location caused me. I will never go to this store or refer this store to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional at this store....Thank you Franklin Park!! This store does not deserve any stars.

Would recommend this place to anyone.got my phone wet and went in to get a new one and they were able to recover everything for me I am so happy with the service the manager berenice and alexis gave me.

Very proffesional staff who was extremely nice and so helpful. Definetly will be coming back to alexis and berenice who took so so much time to help me and made sure i left happy. Definetly the two employees who desirve to be appreciate way way more .

Meaningless and useless guy with glasses up front! Had issues with the Google update that caused Android users issues. Told me to call customer service. What is he there for? Getting paid to deplete oxygen to meaningful people? Searched google and fixed it in less than five minutes. How is this an employee!? Disgraceful

I had a wonderful experience at The Cricket in Mount Prospect off Algonquin Road. The Sales representative, Berenice was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, truthful and went above and beyond with her service. The otjer sales rep Qlexis was just as wonderful! They both made sure to anwser any questions and even put my new phone together. They put the phone Case on the new phone I bought, amd switched my SD card and sim into the new phone. I was able to get everything I wanted in a phone too

I am reporting a bad review today because I had bought phones from Cricket about 7 months ago. But as I bought the phones I was told I am not part of a contract and I can leave the company whenever I want. I recently switched to at&t for me and my family but we had trouble with my wife's phone (fully paid off from cricket) not being able to use it away. I contacted cricket for help and they said we had to wait 6 months for the phone to be fully unlocked for another company, those 6 months have passed and I called Cricket again to be able to use the phone and now they're telling me they can't unlock it at all since supposedly it's a policy that they can't and I've never been informed of that. This is a shitty experience. I even had to spend more money buying my wife a new phone so she can be with the new company.
