Mike at the Cube Smart at 1551 Algonquin Rd in Mount Prospect IL was awesome! The movers left my bed frame in the unit, said they never saw it! Mike called.me the next day and said he has it in the office and i could come by and pick it up! He truly went above and beyond and I am so very grateful! Cindy M.🤗

We visited CubeSmart Storage for vehicle storage and had a great experience! The staff (Michael) were extremely helpful and patient, waiting until we had all the required documents without any pressure. They even let us charge our phone while we were there, which was very thoughtful. Everyone was so friendly, and the atmosphere made us feel less stressed. The compound is clean, organized, and welcoming. We truly appreciate the service and would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for reliable and supportive storage solutions!

Beware! Be sure you do your research and if you’ve read the reviews beforehand good for you! We moved into a unit in January and it is now April. They are already increasing our rent by $55 and it’s only been 3 months!!! They want to move you in and start you with low pricing and then when they know you have so much in the unit already that you probably won’t want to move, they overcharge you for a unit! Spoken with several other tenants and many have received several rent increase notices month after month in the last year. Really wish we had chosen a different company to rent with!

The easiest self storage facility. I didn’t even have to go into the office. I did it all online and I was able to enter the facility within minutes. Also, the security system is a big +24 hour surveillance there’s no way anyone can burglarize your unit and not be caught

Mice are everywhere and they don’t care at all, we needed to empty everything in the garbage, all what they were asking was is the storage empty or they will charge us ???? Do not put your staff here unless you want it to be eaten and pooped by mice!

The best thing about this facility is Mike who works in the office. Otherwise, it has been a horrible experience. I have had rain come into my unit, rodent droppings all over and debris falling from the ceiling. You're forced to buy their insurance but the insurance won't cover anything. The manager there is very unpleasant and now they want to raise my rent $28. They once told me I could move my stuff to a different Locker but they won't help me move it so I would have to pay a company to come move my things to a different unit in the same facility when I already had to pay a company to move my things there to begin with. I am very disappointed with my experience there and except for occasional help from Mike in the office, there are no accommodations for anything that goes wrong.

My parking spot was full of glass and branches. Mike said everything will be ready when i come and nothing happend.
