Large parking lot with easy access docks. We arrived early, and we're offloaded by 2:30AM. Once we were offloaded, we were told that we could park in the corner of the parking lot until we had time to move.
Some of us were more thrilled at the earlier time than others. 😄

0 stars would be more appropriate. Very bad customer service.

Absolutely horrible. CVS is trying to charge me my deductible TWICE. They fraudulently tried to charge my credit card today and I had to cancel the card in order to protect myself. I can't even get my February dose of medication because of how much they bungled my January prescription. The people will be sympathetic on the phone, but they WON'T FIX THE PROBLEM. It has to go through oceans of red tape and they say they are "working on it." Try to give them a temporary (virtual) CC number only (and then cancel it) so that they can't run it after your deductible is met.

Reason I give a 1 star review because I cannot leave 0 or negative

Worst experience ever!! Shame on CVS

Worst pharmacy service out there. They force insurance patients to use their pathetic service and take no accountability for their ineptitude. Medications are constantly late arriving, despite hounding customers with robocalls to refill their prescriptions. They insist on collecting useless information each time a refill is requested and they don't bother to read any of it. If you can find a way to avoid using this service you should do so. The rest of us aren't so lucky...

I gave 1 star only to give a review. I work for a doctor's office and have never ending issues when ordering medication. CVS Specialty will cancel orders, state on the portal 'no response from MD's office,' when in fact prior conversations were had with CVS Specialty representatives confirming delivery dates. They're also famous for stating a prior authorization is not on file when it was faxed with confirmation prior to scheduling delivery. CVS doesn't take into account the only person who suffers is the patient. These patients have scheduled appointments to receive therapeutic injections and have to be rescheduled postponing their relief, therefore affecting their well being. AWFUL

They have worst communication as they do not confirm prescriptions status. I dealed with CVS Pharmacy so many times on the timely sensitive meds and I had so many issues already as they don't tell patients on time that they are waiting on the preauthorozation or if some of prescription need to be transferred to local CVS etc. If my doctor sends prescription, why can they fill everything instead of transferring some to the local ones as it causes more issue to miss some of the med and cause harder to follow up. Even my nurse team told me CVS specialty is worst they dealt with. I am sooooooo not happy with CVS specialty, the way how they handle their order and not putting patients first who goes through a lot. I wish that I can give 0 star.

I can never get a hold of an actual pharmacist from this store. CVS is a total joke of a company and I’m disappointed my insurance doesn’t go through Walgreens anymore.

Seems I have the exact opposite problem as most people, I cant get it through their head I discovered an serious allergic reaction to the med and stopped by doctor orders. I cant get them to stop calling, texting and emailing about your refill is over due. Even after unsubscribing to emails and stopping the texts as well as calling them 3 times, still message about every 2days on all of them and calling and waking me up
