DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order Oct 3, 2022 and didn't receive my order. It was suppose to be a birthday surprise for my mother and they didnt even reach out to me to let me know they couldn't fulfill the order. Ruined my surprise! So I decide to go to the store and find out it doesn't even look like a running business. Why are u taking orders if your not going to deliver them?? Atleast give a courteous call & refund my money. I had to call their hotline to refund my money. Nobody reached out to make it better.

1st time ordering from here , very disappointed. My arrangement was supposed to be delivered at 1pm and it is now 5pm & still nothing . Very dissatisfied , I was not offered anything for the inconvenience of my order being 4hrs late …..

Wow! What is it with edible arrangements set s quality and service has tanked!? Just read the Nile’s store reviews to order and they are pitiful! Came here for mount prospect and they are almost as bad. Yikes!! I may have to now seek a different business to order from thanks for the candid reviews!!!

This is the second order that has been stated as delivered and nothing arrived. After speaking with an admistrator, nurse, receptionist who all state not a single thing was delivered. The customer service is ridiculous stating we can re deliver next week is insane. They lied and made the mistake but refuse to fix it. Thank you for nothing. Never use this business.

Worst experience ever with this store first of all why do they keep taking in orders if they can't keep up with deliveries. This was my fiancé first Mother's Day surprise order and edible arrangements ruined it for us if I could give NEGATIVE starts I WOULD THIS STORE S*cks pls get new workers

Should have read all these reviews before I placed an order. Horrible service. They placed the edible arrangement in a clear plastic solo cup. Online showed it being packaged in a box. Asked the manager (Madison) if they had any boxes and she said they didn’t have anything. I was not going to gift an edible arrangement that was packaged in a clear plastic solo cup. Asked for a refund.

Its not Worth it spent about $100 Dollars at this place,Yesterday was my first time at Ediable buy an arrangement fruit for my friend birthday from this place it was the worst experiency worse costumer service they forgot the cupcakes the more important thing for a birthday party those are my friends favorites cupcakes, the fruit was not sweet, It has a weird taste it was not what I expect from Ediable, When I called this place to let them know that they forgot the cupcakes all they say I can return the money back in your carDidn't even apologize or say sorryI had to come back a whole hour back to pick up the cupcakesI did not recommend this place at all

A family member sent me an edible arrangement from this location and when we received it, the fruit was not fresh and was spoiled with a day even after refrigerating it immediately after receiving it. I called the number on the card that came with the arrangement and left 2 messages and have yet to receive a call back. I was very disappointed as we haven't had an issue ordering from Edible Arrangements in the past.

Spent $100 on a “Birthday” bundle that was supposed to include a nice foil bday balloon for a surprise for a teacher. Well, that delivery never arrived with the balloon. And to make matters worse, I ordered this days in advance to be delivered to a school and they decided to deliver it as the school was closing at the final bell! They had days to figure out their delivery routes & make sure not to forget anything, but obviously they are highly incompetent here. I strongly recommend you think twice before ordering from this location.

Placed an order yesterday for today and thought it wasn’t going to delivered. Tried calling more than 10 times to the store and no one ever picked up the phone, wasn’t able to leave a message either. Just got here now.

I ordered the Gourmet Shareable Salted Carmel Apple (8 piece) I thought it was a unique idea being placed in a square box and pieces being placed round like a cut up apple. When I went to pick up my order I was informed they did not have the square box so they had placed the apple as individual slices in one of their other boxes....It took the whole effect away of the arrangement and it did not look nice at all...I was disappointed I was not informed before I picked it up so I could have ordered something else. I also felt it was a very poor presentation and was not excited about the giving of my gift. I feel this was very poor customer service.
