Have been a customer for two years, always paid on time. Don't have any type of impressive unit, and it is not in a desirable place within the building. They've hiked the rent on my unit several times so far, most recently by a whopping 22%! Now my rent is almost $100 per month HIGHER than that shown on their website for available units of the same size. Having a hard time understanding this as a "standard business practice" (as their Customer Service folks have just explained to me). So...if I leave, they will be out $1200 per year (more with the insurance), assuming they are even able to rent out my unit immediately. Interesting way to run a business.

This place needs an overhaul. The older lady with red hair needs a communication course constantly raises her voice when you question her about the rent increase. Then when you finally get sick of it you raise your voice then she feels the need to say "please don't raise your voice sir" I believe a drive through would be more appropriate job title for this women. Then when you file a complaint to the district manager she never gets back to you. STORAGE RENTER BEWARE DO NOT RENT HERE
