I have never been so disappointed with the postal service. I’ve been waiting for my package for almost two weeks. When I ask for help at the FedEx Office, they tell me to call Customer Service. At Customer Service, they hang up on me. When I left a Door Tag and a note to just leave the item at my door, no one left it. This package has been traveling all over Illinois. And now I don’t even know what to do. I absolutely do not recommend this postal service!!!

Mark took great care of me. Needed a large photo last minute coming from out of town yesterday right before they closed. Mark answered my questions and got things started even after they closed. Flew in to town today and was able to pick the photo up with no issues. A+ customer service and real compassion. Really appreciated that and will definitely refer and return if I ever need anything again in this part of town!

Stopped by to have a few important documents printed. I’m not too great with tech, but the associate, Meaghan (apologies if I misspelled the name) was great. Helped me through the process, explained the steps, and was extremely friendly! Great experience

Workers were super nice and helpful. Had very good customer service, unfortunately the photo printer was broken so was unable to get our passport photos taken.
