Went there to close my account. They suggested I came back later or went to a different branch because a teller was on vacation and the one working was with a customer. I insisted on waiting. They kept suggesting I drive somewhere else instead. This bank gives zero value to customer service and they make it look like they are doing you a favor. The other people there were unhappy as well. Invest your money somewhere else where they value your business. Run from this bank..

I usually don’t write reviews. Probably this is my first. One of the worst people to handle their customers. I don’t really remember her name who was trying to help me, she more ruined my day.. instead of talking politely she was bossing around I don’t know why her tone was so high and rude when I genuinely explained my situation. I would not all recommend this bank or their service

This is the worst bank that anybody could ever do “business“ with. They do business with FSWorld Pay which has been the most difficult and unprofessional company to work with. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and they are trying to scam me out of money after closing our business account in January 2022.

Horrible charges for check research and photocopying costs!!! Fifty dollars to copy a check when it was a $15 check?? I think they are ridiculous and I will be closing the accounts I have there because they are so unreasonable and nasty!! They wouldn't even give me the name or address of the CEO of the bank to voice my complaint. I feel like they just don't care!!

Awful bank. Incompetent employees with bad attitudes. I've yet to have any transaction performed in an efficient and timely manner. How this Bank was able to purchase an excellent bank like MB Financial is beyond me. This bank needs to be bought and gutted.

This is a former MB Financial Bank location (which was a very efficient neighborhood bank) that was taken over by 5/3 Bank. It's all been downhill ever since culminating in today's godawful experience. I needed to renew two existing CD's at the branch which, in most banks, would have taken 15 minutes max. At this branch it took over an hour and they were only able to renew one of the CD's due to "a change in procedures". Since it is the height of a health pandemic, I needed to make an appointment to come to the bank so I was the only person there while there were four employees including a very disinterested Branch Manager. Suffice it to say, this Bank absolutely sucks. This was the absolute worst banking experience I've ever had in my 64 years of life. When my last CD matures I for sure will withdraw the money and never look back at this toilet bowl of a bank.
