My husband has been having trouble since January 1st when he started autopay. He payed in the register and they took our money from our bank account. He talked to Sonia about it and she didn’t fix anything. Now it’s August, 8 months later and the problem hasn’t been fixed. We haven’t had in answer since then and now we’re frustrated about it.

I’ve been having trouble since January first when I enrolled in autopay. I payed in the register but they also took my money from my bank account. I went to the bank and talked to Sonia about it. And she tolled me that it wasn’t a problem that in February they were going to skip a payment and that didn’t happen. So I went to the bank again to see why they took money and I talked to Sonia. And she tolled me the same thing and it happened again. It’s now April and almost may and I’m frustrated thinking that they might take my money again. I have nothing against anybody but I don’t understand why something so simple like giving me back my money or skipping a payment is so difficult. If they can’t give me a solution then why don’t they send to someone who can.

These guys bought out my MB financial bank account, and suddenly they'd invented half a dozen new fees/fines/charges to rifle through my pockets and steal as much money as they could from me.Walked in, got them to reverse all the fees, then immediately cancelled my account and took my business to a bank that isn't actively hostile to people using it. Never again.

I've been with this bank for several years. I don't know how much I can say I appreciate the call center staff and being rerouted and given incorrect information. Then a "Donna" in the domestic disputes department with her uncaring attitude and nonchalant behavior, ? I was going to just delete everything for this account. But, when I saw they reversed the overdraft fee, I did calm down a bit more. There are some good and definitely a lot of bad.

This is the worst financial institution ever. They took a bank check the funds were available the next day then they put a hold on the balance of my funds.This is an illegal business practice

Went on a Saturday morning to open a checking account. I noticed there was no bankers in their office. So I asked one of the 2 girls working the lobby. She said she would help me out, to have a seat. She continued to work the drive thru and attend customers coming into the lobby. 20 minutes later, I'm still sitting in the chair waiting, and more and more customers are arriving in the drive thru and lobby. I ended up walking out and going down the street to Chase Bank.

if you become sick and disable they will not negociate any credit card balance,they eill take you to court and take wherever you have.Stay away from this bank.Too dangerous.
