This BANK USED THE MOST DECEPTIVE AND VILE PRACTICES ON ITS CUSTOMERS. I took over my husbands account that was jointly in our name because he had a stroke. I have been physically at the Bank numerous times with the legal paperwork and appropriate information. I have requested assistance with the account several times to download account information. The various levels of people I have dealt with have outright LIED AND MISDIRECTED ME . Instead of helping me they ended up costing me thousands in lawyers fees. I am going to move my money from these vile crooks. Everytime I call fir assistance they misdirect me. I HATE THESE PEOPLE . I have an invalid in the bed I care for 24/7 and then I have to deal with these criminals.

This Bank just completed the acquisition of MB Financial and sent a thick package of information to explain the change in services. The pages of the information package did not correspond the page numbers referenced for my accounts. When I called the toll free number provided the first call was dropped and the second call was answered with a permanent busy signal. Way to impress your new bank customers. I'm sure the service provided in the future will be just as bad as this initial introduction.
