I had a delightful shopping experience at Five Below while searching for last-minute Christmas gifts. The store had everything I needed, and I was particularly impressed by the assistance I received at the self-checkout. A very nice young man went out of his way to help me, organizing my items and even helping me email my receipt. His kindness made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Five Below for anyone looking for a great holiday shopping experience.

This is such a fun place to look around every turn you down you find something new and interesting you go in for one item and you'll come out with $100 for the product employees here were so nice and so helpful

I’ve always been treated with love coming here . This time Savannah went above and beyond to make sure I was ok . I lost my chargers and my phone went dead . I literally had no way to pay for a charger or wall port as my money was locked and only able to be available when I had my home on.
With no hesitation she said yeah when I asked for my phone to be charged with what her and her co workers use .
The kindness she has shown me has made a bad week turn good . I appreciate you and I truly hope your management sees the value in having you as their employee . Take care of her five n below . She going to great places and you all should show recognition for her light spirit and poised charisma .

This particular store is located in Mount Prospect staff over there is very cooperative and very helpful however Five Below, Inc. is an American chain of specialty discount stores that prices most of its products at $5 or less, plus a smaller assortment of products priced up to $25.
Founded in 2002 by Tom Vellios and David Schlessinger and headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the chain is aimed at tweens and teens. There are over 1,800 stores located across the United States.
