I love the location, but they need to work on is answering the phone better. Because sometimes when I call them, they never pick up the phone. Still I love the staff members over there and what they have as well. I will still put a five stars down due to its amazing service over there. But now I went there yesterday to do a quick preorder on an game and can’t get serviced last minute before they actually closed the store.

For some reason this store doesn’t like to answer phone calls. I called three times at three different hours of the day. The automated system just hangs up on you and tells you to try again later. I can only imagine how their customer service is in person. I’ll happily taking a pass on this GameStop for sure.

Beware. They have one of the worst return policies of any store. 15-days (30-days if you have pro membership) and zero flexibility 4 days past the date. Not even willing to do store credit? Maybe a different employee/manager would be different. But today this person kept blaming it on the policy and the register not allowing her to do it. Never been at a store where the store manager didn't have some discretion for customer service. If you can find the same item online or anywhere else I would encourage you to get it there unless the price difference is huge.

The third star captions an O.K. to patron again. Misses the fourth and fifth stars to sound this the all-in best choice. Was denied trade for the tenth E.A. fütball VGC. Was denied trade for the original value of the top most competitive arcades VGC too. Ended patriotic. Resolved for purposes of donation. Both left as-is the lesser of nothing back to something.

Please for the love of god someone in the store pick up the damn phone. I've called yesterday 3 times every 10-15 minutes with leeway in between figuring you guys were busy. But you guys did not pick up. I called you again today twice and you are still not picking up. When a customer calls inquiring about their order status, and you decide to not pickup the phone it shows a lack of consideration. I've been to the store and I know for a fact it's not always busy, so please someone answer the phone so I don't have to make an effort to drive there to ask my question irl. My review will stay 1 star until they fix it.

Valerie is great at her job another store run by Will which does not surprise me with the outstanding job he does at both stores, the staff is super friendly and the store is always clean and organize, well maintain and always willing to help you out. Will recommend to anybody

I called this gamestop Monday night regarding stock on transformers figures and the man who worked that night was able to answer my question extraordinarily efficiently and upon my request for him to set aside a figure for me he was able to help me out too and set the figure aside for me to arrive a couple minutes after to purchase said item. I believe his name is will and he deserves the highest praises

This was my first time at this location and even though they did not have the product I was looking for, Will was a great help. He was very proactive in providing my options and was a genuinely kind worker. These 5 stars are for Will!

Came in on 11/18. Walked in at 5:57 PM and was refused service because Jesus (worker) says the store is closed. Front door and online states it closes at 9 PM. Jesus proceeded to allow another customer checkout, but refused to help me despite being in the store before 6. Jesus was beyond rude and not apologetic in any way. I questioned why he served the other customer and he laughed. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
