Update:Came back with more problems than I had.Went for a Spark plug change andThe Mechanic after taking things apart, suggests to change valve cover gasket (both sides).He also mentioned it would not take more than 2 hours.Turns out he is unable to take it apart after 5 hours and finally calls for some other person and he pulls it out in 10 min.Now, the gasket part that was ordered turns out doesn’t match to my vehicle. Time was 7 PM. I had to take Uber back home.Next day, spends another 6 hours getting all sorted out.Turns out issue is still not fixed. Check engine light was still on, idling issue.Went to a different shop and when they inspected the vehicle, they found missing bolts and asked me take it back and get those fixed from grease monkey.When I went back, they mentioned its coil issue and needs replaced.They replaced the ignition coils, put everything back and boom all the warning lights are on, ESC not working, electronic throttle doesn’t work, check engine light on with all sort of error codes, engine temp not working, engine fan always on etcI have lost almost $1000+ in labor, parts, Uber. Not to mention time.NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE!!!!!

Would be zero if I could!They put the incorrect oil filter on the vehicle and it fell off while driving. This caused the car to lose all its oil and damaged the engine internally.Now mechanic says the entire motor needs to be replaced due to the engine running with no oil in it.They are also making me wait for a refund on the service as I was told “they cannot do that at the store level”.They told me I need to submit a claim form and directed me to a specific web page and that page says the store need to submit the claim?Been a customer at this location 30 years and within the last two years it has gone down hill. They don’t even complete all the services they are supposed to without asking.Not going back again!

These guys don't want or need your business.I drove out of my way to give them business, rather than JiffyLube, who owns the market. When I arrived at 10:30 on a Saturday they weren't busy. One customer was waiting, with a single car in the garage. The service counter was completely empty, and only two men were standing in the garage.It was unclear if these men were employees as neither seemed to be working on the car, and neither looked up or acknowledged me. (One was on his phone.)Although neither seemed to be actively working on the car, I had to assume they were employees by how they stood in the garage. However, they continued to appear not the least interested in my presence at the counter, where I was clearly visible.After several minutes, the employee standing near the counter asked "What is it that you need?" Eventhough it's an oil change business, he seemed upset by my response," Hi, I need an oil change but I wasn't sure where to park my car, as it's a little unclear how your process works. "(No signs with explanation. No direction from employees. Poorly marked doors and junk plied in the entryway ).Instead of responding,"Someone will be with you shortly. You can park your car, blah blah blah.." or..even, "Okay."He failed to acknowledge my request, and seemed frustrated. He mumbled something and continued to seem annoyed by my presence as I continued to look to see if there was anyone anywhere who gave even the tiniest damn that there was a paying customer, there to spend money on an overpriced oil change. Realizing there wasn't, and that I don't deserve abuse I turned around and left for JiffyLube.

These people can not even install back heat shield properly! Couple years back they have never placed back my engine oil cap and today during driving heat shield wasn’t installed back properly. Please hire people that know what to do and they like what they do or simply close this shop. I’m paying top dollars for oil change and I expect top service. I am not giving 3rd try. Next time prefer to go to the dealership wait longer but at least they have qualified people there.Service: Oil change
