I wish I could give Hair Cuttery zero stars. I had a terrible experience and feel like I wasted my money. The staff didn’t even seem to know what a layered haircut was, which raises serious questions about their training and professionalism. One Stylist from saloon with purple hair was making a very bad face while we were there, even though she wasn’t the manager or stylist for my daughter. They were visibly annoyed when we provided feedback and completely messed up my 6-year-old's hair, cutting it far too short instead of giving her the layered cut we asked for. She left the salon in tears, heartbroken. We also had a bad experience with my 11-year-old son; his haircut was a disaster too. Just to ensure my review is genuine, I’m attaching pictures of the haircut and the bill receipt. I’d advise you not to go by the glowing reviews—you might end up disappointed like we did. I hope the management sees these reviews and takes action. This will definitely be our last visit to Hair Cuttery.

Great haircut spot for younger or older generation.Debbie does a great job with Haircut for young man. She listened to our concern. After the haircut, Service, she suggested a few shampoos for young man.
Overall, pretty good customer service,
I noticed she struggled a little bit with the register and technology. Maybe it was a eyeglasses thing not sure but, know she tried before getting extra help.

Yesenia is the best! I always book with her. This time I brought my disabled niece to get a haircut & Yesenia did a fantastic job. My niece LOVED her haircut!

Georgia always makes me feeling at home. She does a great job on my hair. I love coming to get my hair done and chitchat chatting and looking 10 years younger when I walk out.

I don’t know the hairstylist name, but the appointment felt very rushed, the shampooing and blow out felt rushed, had to come home and fix my hair. Nice place just depends on the hairstylist
