He spent so much time with me trying to get my photos from my phone to a canvice picture. Unfortunately it was not going to work in the size I wanted. I'm still going to work on other options he suggested. Great customer serve. Hopefully I can work with Pedro again.”

“I called looking for Yupo Translucent Paper on 11 x 15. They didn't have that size but a smaller alternative and put it aside for me to pick up. Once I arrived, I quickly received the paper that we discussed.
However, I asked about other translucent options. The staff that helped me was delightful. They listened to my needs and offered several alternatives. In the end, I purchased a different medium that better suited my needs.
As I said, the staff catered to my requests. The store was clean and provided a multitude of options.”

I confirmed the address to ship it to and that company never responded. I reached out to GIGI’s. Emailed me back quickly. Very reasonable price. Told me how to ship it. Was returned fixed to me within about a week. Was very happy with it. The doll owner is very happy as well?.”

“I wonder if there’s anything different between Hobby Lobby and Michael’s art store. They seemed to sell similar things. 10 days before Christmas and Hobby Lobby is already having 60% off Christmas stuffs?
Maybe Hobby Lobby is a hair cheaper but also the interior is slightly darker and can use a remodeling.”

“First time getting an oversized poster framed with their department and was blown away by it.
The clerk that helped me, Allison, was greatly helpful in designing the frame for the poster and offered several coupons to lower the price.
Once confirmed, it actually took less time than estimated (1 week instead of two) and came out wonderfully. It was expensive, but the end result was fantastic and I will definitely be back for more custom framing projects.”

“Recently purchased a new frame to display my diploma, which I had allowed to languish in the closet for decades and was reminded that in addition to craft items, Michael's also had a frame department. The frame, being oversized, had some built in hangers, but since I didn't feel comfortable with aligning the screw-in units on the wall, I simply wanted an old fashioned wire hanger on the back. Given my experience with other frame shops, I expected I would have to drop it off and come back the following week to pick it up. The young gentleman working in the department, Flavius, surprised me by telling me I could swing back within the hour and pick it up. I went off to do some shopping at the Eddie Bauer Outlet and within a half hour received a phone call from Flavius telling me I could pick up the frame! Thanks, Flavius, for a great experience. Wish all shopping could be this excellent.”
“Cool little spot. Took my 6 year old boy for 30 minutes and he loved it. They charge $5/15 minutes of racing and have better deals if you own your own car. Staff was friendly, helpful, and didn’t mind answering all my weird questions on the hobby.”
