I don’t know what rating to give.
I was at the store this afternoon looking for a step stool the website said they had. Employees standing around in a group. When I asked where the item was they basically ignored me. I went to the service area and a very nice young man Marco went out of his way to help find it. The young lady at the desk next to him basically told me to go find it myself.
Marco went out of his way to find it for me and should be recognized for his customer service. Compared to the others he was outstanding. This was about 3:30 on 01/29. 1 star for the store 5 for Marco

Whenever I do house repairs👍, I always go there. We are well-stocked with all kinds of equipment, repair replacement parts, building materials, interior design, etc. It is an interesting large supermarket that is an unconditional connection in the lives of those who live in the United States. I am very satisfied👍.

I purchased $5,000 worth of windows back in October of 2024. The windows were supposed to take one month to ship to my residence. Now here we are, two months later and I still don't have my $5,000 worth of windows that was supposed to be here by now. I have called the store 4 times and keep getting the run around that the windows have shipped. I ask them to provide tracking information, and they cannot provide it. They continue to tell me that they are "At the shipper's location" which I do not even know what that means. I even called the 1800 customer service number, and they keep transferring me to the store. I am at the point of getting a refund, this is utterly ridiculous. I wanted to have these windows in before winter.... Take your business elsewhere.

I paid to have a person to come out and measure for carpet in 2 rooms. When they came and installed the carpet I had a full 12 ft x 7 ft piece leftover not including the cutoffs that they disposed of. The rooms were the width of the 12 ft roll, so why would I have a 7 ft piece left that cost me around $300.00 extra . I had them install carpet before and there was just small scraps extra. I will never do that again. Scott
