Horrible they did a lot of mistakes on my taxes. I’m trying to do my taxes at the same time where they’re trying to help other people on the phone . it took them three times to get a new Embro card that would not work. Waited two weeks. call on the phone 50 times still couldn’t help us They do not know how to activate cards if you’re having trouble with your card please see David at H&R Block. 128 Irving Park Road wood Dale Illinois. It took him 7min fix my problem, and my card started working instantly. It might be a long drive because it was for us, but it was well worth it.

I had come to this H & R Block last year and this year I have been harassed asking about coming back this year. I have politely declined multiple times and I just got another call confirming an appointment I hadn't made! This is beyond frustrating and I want to be taken off the call list.

I was told that my prior year tax preparer had retired. I called her and found out that she had gone to work for Intuit (aka Turbotax). She said that hours were better, pay was not commission, 401k, paid training and sick leave were available. Also no pressure to sell worthless products like piece of mind.
