“This place was very clean, has a lot of machines, someone on-site for assistance, and even rags with a bottle of cleaner to wipe down your table before folding. They also have vending machines with fabric softener and laundry bags. The attendant was very helpful even while working on dropped off laundry through their drop-off service. Not too crowded for a Saturday afternoon.”

“I’m leaving 4 stars only because I don’t frequent the laundromat more than 4-5 times a year for things that I can’t wash at home. I’ve been to at least 3 other laundromats in/around the local area (Rolling Meadows, and Schaumburg). That said, I go to Smartwash exclusively. The space is open, clean, well lit, plenty of machines. I’ve gone at different times of the day and days of the week and there just hasn’t been any glaring concerns. I appreciate the technology upgrades, it speaks to forward thinking in the business category. Washing hands with cold water isn’t worth the complaint. The laundry card gets tossed in the glove box until it’s needed again.”
