they got me in and out in a few hours for a muffler delete but i definitely got ripped off for the price. I called ahead of time and asked how much it would be and he said $120-$160 depending. and I said okay. I’m friends with a bunch of car guys and they told me $120-$140 is normal. I get there and he tells me $190 each muffler after he’s lifted up my car and everything. I just agreed because I really wanted it done but it ended up being $360 at the end. I asked my car guys if I got ripped off and they said I certainly got ripped off big time , so I’m actually pretty upset about it. his wife was super nice but he definitely took advantage of the fact that I’m a female and doubled the price. you live and you learn, I guess next time I’ll just argue about the price when a man tries ripping me off

Medinas is the place to go if you have car trouble. They are always willing to work with the customer or willing to recommend the customer to where they need to go. Even if you don’t have a clue medinas does so don’t hesitate like they always say “just bring it in let me take a look”.

Absolutely the worst shop I’ve ever visited. Unprofessional, ignorant and arrogant. They would do anything just to charge you more. These guys are not interested in helping you, they are interested to get as much money from you as possible. If you want to damage your car and your exhaust visit their shop!

Bad service, it seems like they are guessing the diagnosis on vehicles. They say oh is this or we need to start here and once they get you involved and the problem is not fix yet they bust out with well, your car needed that as well. Bunch of scammers. I will make sure to report them to the BBR. I Still have a broken car after $600 + Dollars.
