Dear Store Management,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experiences my father and I had at your store.
On both of our visits, we were ignored by the staff and felt completely unacknowledged. When we did finally receive assistance, it was only after repeated requests and we were met with rudeness. I was particularly disappointed with the individual who identified herself as the manager, as she displayed a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service.
We came to your store seeking help, and instead, we were met with disrespect and indifference. This is unacceptable and I expect better from a business that values its customers.

Horrible service given. The girl just wanted to sell and didn't listen to me that I just needed help to lower the price of my plan. I do not recommend this store, it only focuses on selling and has very bad customer service.

Would rate zero stars if I could. TERRIBLE customer service, the people working there could not answer any of my questions and were just trying upsell on something I did not need. They definitely have an attitude problem. I took my business to the BoostMobile store nearby and received the BEST customer service and got just what I needed. Your loss metro ✌️

Shani was able to help my parents out with changing their phone plan! She explained in very good detail the process and made it smooth and easy for them! I recommend Shani if you need help with your phone!

The employees there who has a contract with Metro PC is not concerned about the customer at all the only concern about selling merchandise once you buy it after -250 minutes of use on the phone is not the responsibility is more Grade D
