This place is absolutely ridiculous the manager doesn’t listen at all many complaints about anything and still have no solution talking to the manager is like talking to the wall about you’re apartment problems the rent here is ridiculous find urself a better home this place is horrible.
It’s extremely ridiculous how we have to pay for extra electricity that we no control over
the basement is getting flooded absolutely disgusting and the workers and manager haven’t done anything.
they never have any bags for dogs businesses and there’s always poop everywhere

Extremely unprofessional experience. I had an appointment at 9 AM but had to reschedule due to personal reasons. The property manager agreed to meet me at 4 PM the same day. I arrived early (3:45 PM) and waited until my scheduled time, only to be told I’d have to wait another 30–45 minutes because she had multiple overlapping appointments. My time was completely disrespected, and there was no clear communication. Would not recommend dealing with this management

During my five years at Mount Prospect Greens Apartments, Alexis Hogue has been an exceptional help and a true pleasure to work with. She was always quick to respond to any of my resident requests, making the process easy and stress-free. Alexis consistently demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, creating a welcoming environment for all residents. Her communication was clear and timely, especially when it came to keeping us informed about important matters such as inspections or renovations taking place on the property. Her dedication and efficiency truly made my living experience here much more enjoyable.

I am writing this to praise the attitude and professionalism of Alexis. I happen to live in the new senior development just to the west of The Greens apartments. We had been having serious problems with FedEx and Amazon delivering to the right location. The problem have been going on for several months and other residents of my building were growing very frustrated from the couriers because we couldn't get any resolution to our missing packages. I must say it was by divine intervention that we discovered that these couriers were delivering our packages to The Greens apartments and if not for Alexis concern and empathy we may have never found these as we struggled to get our money back from the vendors for non delivery of the products we ordered. Alexis was willing to look into their mail receiving room and there we discovered packages that had been missing for over 2 months. With proof of identity Alexis allowed us to recover are missing packages and she did it with great care and concern for our frustration. The world needs more people like Alexis, a true empathic professional who cares about people. Thank you Alexis for helping us! You are the best.

I recently did a transfer to new unit last month and I must say it was definitely an upgrade from my previous unit. Alexis gave her word that this unit was exactly what I was asking for. AC works and wider doors for my wheelchair to fit through. Only recommendations I have is the parking another handicap spot. The other one for me would be walk in shower but I know that’s a personal want. But Alexis is very attentive and really did great assisting me knowing my physical situation oh yeah she gave me a ramp for my wheelchair. Again building is accessible and convenient.

Moving into Mount Prospect Greens was such a smooth and great experience. Alexis Hague was super helpful from the start she showed us options, answered every question, and helped my mom who doesn’t speak English, which meant a lot.
The place is clean, quiet, and dog-friendly (you can even bring your pup into the office). The manager was also incredibly sweet and actually listens to you, which is rare.
The pool is clean with comfy seating, and the pond on the property is beautiful. Overall, it’s a peaceful and welcoming place to live. Highly recommend!

If I could give this 0 stars I would the property manager Jeanette is horrible I moved in to NO WORKING Central air!!!!!! When I was told it works!!!! And they keep sending maintenance to “look at it” but have NOT done nothing to fix it!!!!! I’ve made THOUSAND attempts to contact management no response!!!! I was told by Robert in the office “I don’t have a magic ball I don’t know when it will be fix” this is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!! I wanted to refer people who asked me about the apartments I told them to look elsewhere!!!!!

This is my second review because this company has STILL not released me from my lease—even after I provided certified mold documentation proving my unit is uninhabitable.
The property manager, Janette, has shown no remorse or accountability. No apology. No concern. Nothing—even after I told her that my child tested positive for mold exposure. I’ve now had to take my apprentice to the doctor, and I also tested positive. My Sphynx cats have developed hives all over their bodies and are seeing the vet today for mold-related treatment.
I complained about the ventilation multiple times to Alexis, who also didn’t care. I told Alexis, Steve, and Manny directly that something was wrong with the air quality. Maintenance saw mold in my unit more than once and never said a word.
They refused to test the unit, so I had to spend $700 out of pocket for a certified mold inspection, which confirmed elevated levels of Penicillium and Aspergillus, visible mold growth, and moisture damage. The report clearly states the unit needs professional mold remediation and is unsafe to live in.

This company is dangerous, negligent, and has shown not a single drop of accountability. Do NOT rent from Mount Prospect Greens.

I visited my friend Sarah at Mount Prospect Greens and was absolutely horrified by the conditions.
The hallways were filthy, the elevators smelled awful, and there was animal feces on the sidewalks. The air inside her unit felt thick and musty—it literally made it hard to breathe. I couldn’t even stay for long without getting a headache and a tight chest.
Kids were running wild, throwing trash in the pond, and there was zero sense of safety. I’ve never seen an apartment complex so poorly managed.
