We've had really great communication and our son is happy here. He attends part time and we like having that option. We appreciate all the photo updates and activities. Like any daycare, things are not always perfect and while it's is super difficult to trust anyone with your child's day-to-day care, we feel our son's needs are being met.

Having my child attend Kinder Care has helped in several ways. Since the virus, it has given her a safe place to attend school classes via zoom with a qualified teacher! It has also given her an opportunity to make new friends and have time to interact through play and creating crafts. Everyone is professional and kind!!

2/11/21We have had my eight month old grandson in KinderCare in Mount Prospect for six months. We are blessed to have him in this daycare. I have stopped by at odd hours of the day and when I peek into the infant room through the window, I see the teachers singing to the babies, rocking them and holding them. It warms my heart. I lost my first grandson due to the actions of a private daycare in August 2019. My son and daughter-in-law were terrified to put their 2nd baby in daycare. After a very long search, they selected the Mount Prospect KinderCare.I can't tell you how good it feels and how at peace we are because he is in their hands.8/20/2020I can't tell you how pleased I am with the care of my 2 1/2 month old grandson at the KinderCare in Mount Prospect. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. There's frequent updates to parents. They constantly interact with the children, even doing little crafts with the babies in the infant room! The care of the children is great, they have wonderful disinfection procedures and are extremely conscientious about CDC precautions. We had a very unfortunate experience with a different daycare. Now we can leave our 2 1/2 month old in this KinderCare and know he is an excellent hands. We are so fortunate and grateful to them.

Our son started daycare here just before he turned two (he was previously being cared for at home by his grandmother). We were apprehensive of how the transition would be, but his teachers (Miss Beth and Miss Lindita) were amazing with him and the program directors (Carolann, Kay, and Maggie) were wonderful to work with to make sure our son was doing well and well taken care of. Our son loves going to "school" and has a ton of fun everyday! We have seen a vast improvement in his speech as well as his understanding of letters, numbers, and songs. We love this place and recommend it to all of our friends!

We absolutely LOVE this Kindercare! Our first two daughters went here for 2 years and I can't fully express in writing how great the staff here is. We recently moved so switching kindercares to one closer to home was very tough for us. Carolann, Kay & Maggie on the management team are professional, personable & GREAT leaders. Ms. Bertha & Ms. Whitney cared for our children like their own! I feel the staff is an extended family to us and I'd recommend it to anyone living in the area.

My 3 children attend Kensington KinderCare and they love it. As a parent I know that they are not only well taken care of, but are being prepared educationally for the next steps in their life. We really could not have picked a better place for socialization, educational background and overall great service from management and the great staff. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Our son has been at Kensington Kindercare for almost 3 years, and my daughter begins next month. I cannot say enough about the staff and the educational programming offered. As a parent, it is inherently difficult to send your child somewhere for almost 50 hours a week, but the dedicated staff at this place have made it clear that we have made a great choice in Kindercare.

We started our boys here a few months ago and have been really happy! Our boys have always stayed at home with mom and dad and this center made our transition so smooth my boys are excited to come each day. It really feels like a family here, the whole staff from the director to the cook are warm and friendly. I live in Evanston but work close to the center and commute with my boys each morning because this center was exceptional out of the all places we looked at. I really can't say enough good things about this center.

As one of the more cost-effective daycare centers in the area I was constantly reminded that "you get what you pay for." A couple of the teachers stand out as stars (specifically Bertha, Whitney, Gina and Maggie) but the overall center management (specifically Carol Ann), business organization, parent communication, center cleanliness and educational curriculum leave something to be desired. Expensive babysitting.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful, they made me feel like I am part of the family since day one. My son loves this kindercare. I love that the staff has been flexible with me when I've has last minute changes at work

My son started speaking immediately I joined this center. He was 3 years but was not speaking, but he learned to speak after joining this center. This center got vary good programs.
