We are appreciated to this organization, especially to Christine, Monika and Tina. These women helped my family with temporary housing, to find place for rent. It took some time but helped us, and all your staff was kind to us. Thanks! Also we've got some food from their food pantry.

I want to start by thanking Tina and Jasmine for everything they did for me in this difficult situation on my life. These people with the big hearts help all people in the community and outside the community they work with all different cultures and religions thank you for inspiring me and give me the opportunity to to believe in myself and see all I can do thank you for helping me and give me the words of encouragement when I need it, you help us with resources to excel to give us all the tools we can do to continue growing in the path of life the universe always bless you Tina Jasmine and Northwest compass I am very thankful to meet you guys I've been looking for help in different places and this is the best place ever been to. I would deeply appreciate the team it is not enough words to say thank you.I wouldn't be this far if it wasn't for you guys.

This place is absolutely horrible. I did intake with Monika over the phone. And for the first time in months, she gave hope that I was going to be able to have a place to stay and that my cat would have food--that we could actually be Okay again. During the call, she made me relive everything I'd gone through up until that point, but after told me they would help. Then she emailed me "thanking me for sharing my story," which felt gross, because it was So Hard to talk about, and I wasn't "sharing my story" I was asking for help. Help she said her organization would be able give. But then she started to say that funds were hard and sounding very gaslight-y with things like: "I didn't actually say We would help" "try these sites instead" than she just ignored my email. The worst thing was that she gave hope when I didn't think I had any, and then slowly realizing I was just being lied to and left in the spot I was in, like I didn't even matter. It was Horrible and Gross. How could a place claiming to help, do that to someone in desperate need?

Northwest compass was so generous in letting us (Givedirectly) use their space to complete our enrollment. Sonia and the rest of the staff were so kind and welcoming and overall amazing hosts! The services that they offer for the community are definitely leaving a positive impact.

Northwest Compass helped my friend Marlena tremendously. She was hungry, sick and about to become homeless. Tina took charge of her situation immediately. She helped with all the necessary paperwork, secured SNAP and food pantry privileges and found a very nice place for her to live. Truly a wonderful and compassionate organization with great people! Many sincere thanks to Tina, Rosa and Eric for helping my friend out of a dire situation.

By writing these words, I would like to express my gratitude to Northwest Compass Homelessness Prevention Coordinators - hard working, compassionate people who helped me and deserve absolute distinction: Zlatina Kostov and Monika Stajniak. For the last several months, I have been trying to find help to find balance in my life. It was very difficult. Fortunately, I met Zlatina Kostov and Monika Stajniak, who took up my case. Working on my case was very challenging and required a tremendous effort to understand its complexity.Monika and Zlatina carefully read my documents and examined my current situation and studied the reasons why I found myself in it, and wondered what I could do to get out of it. . They familiarized me with the conclusions and offered to further help guide me on the path to recovery and regaining balance in my life. Zlatina and Monika did more than what was included in their list of duties. They are extremely emphatic employees and mentors. They gave me the strength to fight, continue to work on myself, and rebalance my life. Once again, thank you very much and I recommend for anyone who is struggling to contact these extraordinary people!

Cannot say enough good things about the people at Northwest Compass! The person named Tina she helped us get rental assistance paid for us for the tough times . Cannot say enough good things about the team at Northwest Compass! I previously worked for this organization and knew of their compassion and dedication to helping those in need. When a family member was relocating and getting back on his feet - Northwest Compass was our first stop, and they did not disappoint. Thank you will never be enough for all that you do.

I wanna start off by saying thanks to Monika & Tina. I can’t believe how far I have gotten. I wouldn’t be this far if it wasn’t for them . They have blessed me and my 2 years old to this amazing and comfortable apartment while going through the most difficult time of my life. As many times as I wanted to give up they was right there with support to keep me going! Also I wanna thank Monika and Tina manager . Im very grateful and can not thank them more for this Journey they have lead me on.

Monika and Michael went above and beyond to help me during a rough time in my life. They helped me with my job and helped me with housing and food. I Had a Awesome time , The person who helped me was as lovely in person as she was when I first had spoken to her on the phone when she was returning my call. They all have done such a remarkable job in making me feel welcome and confident about reaching my goals of a more permanent housing situation. Their expertise has been phenomenal and very swift.I highly recommend then for all your social service needed I already referred several people to then and they have told me they feel better about themselves. You see one of the worst forms of poverty is having no one to turn to for help and feeling that no one cares. Selfishness is a terrible thing luckily I've never been that way I've always said if you ask me what life means to me its helping others to the best of my abilities. I,am so grateful and so happy that i called them , it was one of the best phone calls i've ever made, my case worker Ayah has really been a blessing to me.She's a remarkable women I consider myself very lucky to have such a Lady helping me .I'm grateful for everyone at Northwest Compass for all they've done for me.

From my first phone call ,to the kindest caring voice that ,returned my call. I have been treated with respect and dignity .The very attentive professional staff and lovely personnel attention and concerns from the case worker That Iam so lucky to have. I feel confident that my path to a brighter start is starting to take shape, the whole organization has gone out of their way to make me feel safe and secure .A sense of well being and joyfulness is seen in every face there ,.especially mine, they are also, always Eager to answer any questions i might present them with .I highly recommend North West Compass and I look forward to the step by step plans they have set forth for me The level of expertise is without a doubt present in every bit of advise I have been given .I can't help ,but want to volunteer as soon as I can not only for the educational aspects but to pay back some of the loveliest people I've ever met. Their Awesome , food pantry to the numerous documents for options for housing and activities far exceed your expectations .I hope this honest review helps a well deserved Group of outstanding people , Respectfully Yours Joseph Star
