Today, i bought a new undercabinet lighting system for my kitchen from Norwest Electrical Supply.I was so impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy displayed by Matt P. & Alex, along with the rest of their team. They answered all my questions and patiently went over all my options.By the time i left the store, i knew that i would be doing repeat business there.

I was looking for a dining room fixture and went to several lighting stores. Luckily for me, I was waited on by Bonnie Krause, who went out of her way to assist me on finding the right fixture. She was extrememly helpful and patient and couldn't have been nicer. She made the entire process of looking for a fixture so pleasant. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and patient she was. I would highly recommend Northwest Electrical. They are so fortunate to have Bonnie working for them. She's a great asset to their business!

Open to both the public and professionals, Northwest Electrical is a wonderful lighting resource. They represent a large number of manufacturers and display a wide selection light fixtures in their showroom, but these are the tip of the iceberg as to what's available. If you're not finding what you're looking for, ask one their highly knowledgeable sales team member. They'll be able to answer your questions, let you know if there are matching pieces or multiple sizes available, you'll need extra parts because of high ceilings and more! In my experiences working with different salespeople, I've been very pleased with the service I've received.

Wonderful lighting showroom. Great prices and much better products than those big box home improvement stores. But most importantly, the service. Bonnie was so helpful and made sure we got a great price.

We special ordered some items. After 15 days they were still not able to commit to having the items. Very unreasonable the sales person and her supervisor were. They charged us a cancelation fee of $100 because they couldn’t obtain items we special order purchased from them in a reasonable manner. Because of this we will never in our life shop with this disappointing company. Would leave less stars if possible.
