I am really disappointed with the laundry machines in this complex. Most of the washers are constantly out of order, and the few that actually work are extremely dirty. Every time I try to use them, I find the inside full of hair and other debris. It’s very unhygienic and unpleasant, and it shows that the machines are not being cleaned or maintained properly.
This is not the first time I’ve had this issue. It happens again and again, and it makes doing laundry here a very frustrating experience. As residents, we pay for these services and expect at least basic cleanliness and functioning equipment. Having machines that either don’t work or are too filthy to use is unacceptable.
Management really needs to address this problem, clean the washers thoroughly on a regular basis, and make sure that the machines are actually maintained. Until then, it feels like we’re paying for a service we can’t use.

Don’t be fooled by appearances. The apartments are overpriced and poorly maintained, parking is a nightmare, and management is full of miscommunication and empty promises. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Moved in on Friday 08/08/25, walked the apartment for the first time after signing the lease, and it has been horrible. Called the front office to get this resolved and was told they’d get back to me on Monday. Totally unacceptable. Pictures are only a few of the issues within the apartment. What’s the point of having maintenance staff if they can’t turn an apartment appropriately. Pathetic.

TRUST THE REVIEWS!! I thought everyone was exaggerating, but boy was I wrong.
There are other better apartments down the road, I would just stay away from this one. These people will rip you off as soon as you sign your lease.

Orion is the worst company I have ever seen. The heating doesn't work in winter, and it’s very noisy. I can hear the neighbors above me whenever they are having intercourse. Recently, I had guests over and parked their car in the visitors’ spot, but it was towed away 🤦♂️

Sasha has been so great! I get anxious with moving and she helped make the process smooth and simple! You definitely want someone like her working in leasing management. I’ve also witness how helpful she is to the other residents. She really cares!

I have been towed 3 times and my girlfriend 2 times in a span of 2 years from my own apartment. They are super aggressive on towing and are partnered with Northwest Recovery (look at there google reviews)
Laundry machines are almost never working, I ended up just going to the laundromat due to them being out of service 90% of the time. Normally one works for the entire apartment building.
If you need help with anything, good luck they never answer the phone.
Pool is just filled up every summer day with a bunch of screaming kids.
Apartment air quality is also terrible.
The biggest sign of this place being terrible is that one of the apartment buildings literally burnt down recently.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Have been very good experience with Orion park view so far. Convenience stores are nearby..neighbourhood is good and quiet. excited and waiting for summer so can enjoy in swimming pool.
