Honestly if you’re thinking about living here. Don’t. The management couldn’t be worse, this place is absolutely awful to its tenants. Charges for late fees at mail room (but will lock it up randomly at night), the towing cars situation is absolutely atrocious. Clearly they’re getting a kickback from the tow trucking company because it’s insane how fast they will tow your guests car. Simple fix would be to give out handicap looking guest passes but no they’d rather screw their tenants.
I’ve heard of many BLACK MOLD issues from multiple people.
STEER CLEAR OF LIVING HERE !!!!
It’s also very expensive for a very tiny place and with the management being the way they are. It’s a total WRIP OFF!!!! Literally live anywhere else. I’m telling you it’s horrible

Visited the property on 18 October 2025 @ 11:00 for the 1bd/1ba 631sqft unit that I was priced at $1,261.00/m. Met w/ leasing agent Colleen who told me verbally prior to the tour, that I would qualify and can afford up to $1300 after providing my 3 recent paystubs in-person.
Moving forward, I decided to apply online to secure a unit. A few days later, the leasing manager called and advised I was not approved. Disappointed to hear one thing and being told another & didn’t feel I can trust the brand moving forward to apply again after picking up more hours. This is why I gave 3 stars. The security deposit refund was very quick so I am happy about that, thank you!
It’s a large apartment community that would’ve been perfect due to close proximity to my job. Loved the laundry facilities in each building, the balcony was nice, I absolutely LOVED the fitness room & the pool was a nice size. Sidenote, Unit 22-H-1 was priced for $989/m but was SNATCHED UP QUICKLY. Beautiful complex but unfortunately not for me.

Curtis did an excellent job! He quickly repaired my sink and also cleaned the air conditioner filters. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciate his work , highly recommend him!

This apartment complex is very well taken care if and the management team has also been so helpful since i have gotten here especially Kaleb Louden! He has been very informative and helpful from the second I did my tour here.

The management does not care anything about our comfort or experience here. All they care about is raising rents yearly. The laundry room is for 24 families . They don't fix anything ever when machines are broken. 2 machines have been broken for 1 year. How can you do laundry with no working dryers. Grass is all dirt. My view is all dirt from my apartment. They don't care. I have addressed this and get no response. Past owners had a laundry company who took care of everything. They were fired immediately when these people bought the property. The carpeting in the common are entrance is 20 years old filthy and moldy. Nothing is being done at all. Just remember your rent goes up drastically so they can make the money they never spend on the property. They will probably delete my honest review too.

I am Florida, was trying to move to chicago. And I ended by choosing orion prospect. Cheyenne Kopecky who works there, she really helped me with all my process. Since I was from FL I didnt had a chance to visit the property so everything was with phone. Cheyenne answered all my questions without any hesitation, she was so understanding and helpful, moreover she was so calm to answer my concerns. I would really suggest anyone to talk with her if you planning to move to orion prospect. She is so amazing. Thankyou cheyenne.

They love towing cars. I've had my own car towed at least 3 times. They revamp the parking rules constantly and require those that live here to redo the entire parking registration process. If you don't then your car will get towed even though you pay rent and pay for parking. I had my car towed even after following all of the new registration policies. They realized they towed my car on accident and refunded me but they still towed my damn car. It's honestly odd how hungry they seem to tow cars when there's bigger problems like the package room getting packages stolen constantly and then when you go to complain about that they tell you they can't do anything and that the security cameras are broken. Oh and my apartment had a rat running around. Stay away from this place.

This is an outstanding place to live and the location is great. It's right by the highway and close to gas station and grocery stores. The office girls are very professional courteous and helpful. If you're planning on moving, I would definitely check out the ORION APARTMENT COMPLEX.

They have the worst management to there residents there manger had attitude while talking to us refusing to open the gate for me to move some heavy furniture in to the apartment after explaining to her that I have back problems with walking long distances and she threaten us to call the police if we don’t leave the office I don’t recommend this apartment complex to any one to move in
