Great bank, and good customer service and staff. Good service here I got a free checking account here from the drive thru window.

Usually very good customer service especially at the drive thru, but went there this past Friday and the teller was rude and seemed annoyed.

I was upset because the bank would not change my bills because I did not have an account there. This was the only bank that gave me a hard time with that.

We've been banking with this branch since our move to Mt. Prospect. We love the employees. They are cheerful, helpful, knowleagable. It's as if we are going to a small town bank, that greet us by name! They never show frustration and are ALWAYS pleasant

We've been with Parkway for over 20 years! Never had a single problem with our accounts - ever! Friendly people who take the time to get to know you. Great bank!

I've banked at Parkway for over 35 years and have never had an issue with them except for how long it takes to get a new debit card if yours is compromised. This location is one I just started going to - I typically go to Niles or Deerfield - and I had a great experience here. I took my mom to open a few new bank accounts and Monica, the banker we worked with, was phenomenal. My mom is a talker - often bringing up irrelevant points and telling people her life story - but Monica was very polite and patient with her. I recommend Parkway Bank in general - and this location in particular.

Parkway Bank does not protect you when you use your debit card. A company took $652.00 from me without delivering the merchandise and Parkway Bank did not find the debit card claim in my favor even though I provided documentation where the merchant admitted he never sent the merchandise. Parkway Bank is completely untrustworthy and I hope you never use this bank. Find a good bank instead.
