Our mortgage was recently changed to PNC Bank so we scheduled a time to talk with Thelma Lugo Gonzalez, and was very satisfied with her knowledge and experience in our matter. Most definitely 5 star treatment we were givin, and now has us thinking about transferring some of our other accounts to this Bank "branch" because of the professional manner and curtiousy. Thanks again and I can see why more people want to use PNC Bank. Excellent employee's

Awful & Terrible customer service experience and business model. Made appointment for 1:30. Martha didn't take me until 2:00. Took customer before me at 1:30. Basically didn't honor the appointment. Bank fruther requires "Meeting Minutes" to open business account. ABSURDITY!!!! I don't have and don't use. I have provided statement of incorporation, business tax form and she was able to verify my business threw Illinois secretary of state. They wasted 1.5 hrs of my time. She kept calling people like she didn't know what she was doing. Got out of the bank at 3:00 with nothing accomplished. Opening the account shouldn't take more then 30 min. Just awful, terrible experience!

I have been with this bank since I was a high school student (I am now in my late 20's). I came in to get a business account open and without ANY explanation, the manager Becky, told me she could not open it for me (after wasting half an hour of my time). I asked why and she could not give me a clear explanation. From the second I came in she was looking me over as if I were not worthy of her time, as if a young person could not have her own business, as if I was doing something ILLEGAL. I will be taking ALL of my accounts and credit cards and transferring to a new bank. Thank you for treating me like I was a criminal or I had no right to come in and make a bank account for MY business.

Waiting to receive my credit card more then 2 month . First they said its lost , now its been 3 more weeks ... still not received .. very bad ..
